EFFECTIVE MOVEMENT ROUTINE (CORE AND WHOLE BODY) ovement training is one of the best form of conditioning for the upper body and core. This is a bold statement but it's hard to come close. A lot of the people don't really understand movement training and this is simply because they haven't tried it. 6 WILD ANIMAL WALK MOVEMENTS GIBBON. GIBBON is a low stance movement where you walk in a narrow line by taking forward cross-steps. GIBBON is a balancing movement due to the narrow leg placement. Keep the arms wide (your shoulders will get more tired than you will expect) and focus on keeping the corestable.

One leg squats. There are simple progressions towards every single one of those exercises.SISSY SQUAT

16 DIFFERENT WAYS TO STEP UP This is excellent if you want to be fresh in your sports practice or martial arts class later the day. You can incorporate step ups as a part of your leg workout: pick 1-4 different variations of step ups and focus only on those. 3 sets and 8 to 16 repetitions per set is a good range to build both strength and size. Train hard, stay safe. HOW TO GENERATE MORE PUNCHING POWER (STRENGTH PERSPECTIVE The stronger your body is, the more power you will be able to generate. The best technique is about the optimal usage of your muscles. By strengthening these 3 areas you will have a stronger foundation to generate more power with your punching technique. Focusing on these areas will also make your kicks more powerful. SKIN THE CAT YOUR WAY TO MOBILE SHOULDERS Skin the cat is a rotational 360 pull from the hanging position to "over your shoulders". DIP VARIATIONS: HOW TO TARGET DIFFERENT MUSCLES Regular width dip is excellent for targeting the triceps and inner & outer chest muscles. You can do dips both on parallel bars and on a single bar. Parallel bars will make it easier to target the triceps because you can tuck your elbows thanks to the neutral grip. Using a single bar makes it easier to flare the elbows which will help you 4 PULL UP VARIATIONS YOU NEED FOR FULLY DEVELOPED ARMS 4. Pull Up (overhand grip) Take a shoulder width or a bit wider grip of the bar. Your arms should travel down and not to the sides as in the wide grip pull up.
