PLANNED UPDATES TO THE LEAPFROG HOSPITAL SAFETY GRADE 4 be calculated by multiplying a measure’s weight score by the number of child measures included in the composite measure. For PSI 90, the only composite measure currently included in the Hospital Safety Grade, the number of child measures is 10.
