We originally created the Fundamentals + Intermediate combined Seminar in 2019 to help streamline the seminar process for attendees who were ready to go through the curriculum at an accelerated pace, and/or need to do both seminars in close succession for logistical reasons. MAY 2021 – GYM JONES May 26 2021 | CATE WILLIAMS | Online Teams: Gym Jones Cult Classic. ACTIVE RECOVERY. 30 min moderate effort on rower, bike, ski or jog. Every 2 minutes, stop and do: Min 2: 5 burpee box jumps. Min 4: 10 Bodyweight rows or Ring Rows. Min 6: 20 V-Ups. Min 8: 30 split jumps (15 per side) Min 10: 40 second hollow rock. FUNDAMENTALS SEMINAR The seminar includes workouts that focus on teamwork, overcoming self-doubt and breaking self-imposed barriers. Who. The fundamentals seminar is the first step on the pathway to being a Gym Jones Fully Certified Instructor, but anyone interested in self-improvement, mental toughness and improved physical fitness will benefit. COACH INTERVIEW: BUCK GRANT Coach Buck Grant is a former professional mixed martial artist, a Master Instructor of Muay Thai, BJJ Black Belt and Combatives Instructor for The Department of Defense. He has nearly 3 decades of experience as both a fight coach and strength and conditioning coach for professional combat sports athletes at the UFC, WEC and Bellatorlevel.
