SEASONAL CAMPGROUND TENANT Bob. November 18th, 2011 4:24 pm. In the state of KY it is illegal to make a profit off of metered electric. We charge our seasonal campers exactly what they used at the same rate as our electric company. You may want to check into the laws in LANDLORD MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS Here’s how I did it: I wrote a reply letter to the landlord denying allegations of criminal activity. In the letter, I touched the following points: That the allegations are false and ill-founded. That if the management has proof of these allegations, the police should be immediately notified. That I would like to invoke my right for the REPORT ABUSIVE PROPERTY MANAGER A property manager is a representative of the landlord whose main function is to communicate with the tenants, collect rent, facilitate repairs and maintain the rental property. He or she directly reports to the landlord. In a way, a PM acts as a mediator between a tenant and a landlord. A PM also lives in the apartment complex so they’re RESPONSIBLE BURST PIPE A burst pipe can cause a lot of damage. It could flood your rental property, damage your personal belongings and can even cause mold problems. It’s also pretty tricky to determine if the landlord or the tenant is responsible for the burst pipe and the damages it has caused. So let’s take a CAN I BE EVICTED FOR DECLINING PEST CONTROL Can I be evicted for declining pest control? By Kristine. On Saturday the rental agency put a notice on our door that our complex was being sprayed for cockraoches. Landlord is charging us $7.00/1000 gal + $10"fee" + sewer on water bill, when the city’s rate is only $3.95/1000 gal for water, I called the city and they know he is doing this to all his tenants but say they can’t do anything about it.
