Bertie was inittially very shy but has gradually become more used to us and although a quiet cat can be stroked and is warming to us. When Bertie was neutered blood tests were run which revealed that he is FIV+ Bertie is currently in good health though. To enquire about Bertie please email lewisham@celiahammond.org. ANIMALS NEEDING HOMES DJ, TJ and Solstice. These 3 siblings are 11 months old and were found in someones garden. They were quite nervous to start of with but are now huge love bugs who crave attention. Solstice can sometimes be quite shy still but she is learning that humans aren't so bad and is letting us stroke her. They love snoozing altogether and playing. KIT AND DEBBIE

Kit and Debbie are 10 month old sisters rescued as part of a large group of cats from a fruit farm in Kent. Cats had been introduced to the farm by staff to catch rdents but noone had thought to arrange to have the cats neutered and they ended up with over 50 cats.

HARPER AND JOSIE

Harper and her 3 kittens were rescued as strays from a garage. Harper (mum) was initially quite shy but as she has gained trust with our staff has become a very friendly young cat. MYSTIC - CELIAHAMMOND.ORG Mystic is a shy, petite young female cat. Three year old Mystic was handed in as an unwanted pet by her owner who said that she had taken her in as a young kitten from a stray litter born at a garage. VENETIAN - CELIAHAMMOND.ORG Venetian was living as a stray when he got into a house in March and became very frightened and hid on top of a boiler. CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 SITUATION HOMING CENTRES:  FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE OUR HOMING CENTRES AND SANCTUARY ARE NOW CLOSED TO VISITORS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. CAT ADOPTIONS: We are registering interest and conducting home assessments via video calls - please contact us by emailing your local Celia Hammond Animal Trust centre. We have been delighted to have received lots of offers of foster homes and have been compiling a list of people available to help during the coming kitten season and generally with fostering adult cats should we

need extra help.

Rescue - we are continuing to respond to urgent rescue calls - e.g sick and injured strays, pregnant strays, stray cats with kittens, cats whose owners have died etc  For non urgent help please email your local Celia Hammond Animal Trust centre, for urgent enquiries please email and phone.
