These offenses consist of moving and non-moving traffic violations (such as speeding and failure to maintain financial responsibility) to penal code violations (such as public intoxication, theft less than $50 and assault by contact).COMMUNITY CENTERS
Community Centers. Marshall has two community centers that are great places to host family reunions, birthday parties, baby showers and other special events. The newly updated Spring Street Community Center has a maximum occupancy of 250, and the Lions Community Center has a maximum occupancy of 275.
