CATALINA SALAD
Catalina Salad is a simple salad with plenty of crunch. Chopped iceberg lettuce tossed with fresh tomatoes, onions, hot chili beans, and plenty of cheddar cheese is topped with crunchy FRITOS® corn chips and Kraft Catalina salad dressing. EASY RUM ORANGE CAKE Preheat oven to 325 F . In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Add 3/4 cup orange juice, oil, eggs and lemon extract. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. SUMMER SQUASH AND ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, until translucent. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the diced zucchini, squash, and corn to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirringfrequently.
BRINED AND ROASTED TURKEY LEGS Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray. Remove the legs from the brine and discard the brine. Pat the turkey legs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine the rub ingredients. Sprinkle the rub evenly over the AVOCADO CAESAR DRESSING First, puree a ripe avocado in a food processor with garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar until smooth. Add some Parmesan cheese and olive oil and process until creamy. The dressing will be thick. Chopped chilled romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.
