The Hartnell College Center for Advanced Technology located on the East Campus site will consist of a two story, 55,000 G.S.F. building. The East Campus will comprise of five academies: Craft & Field Leadership, Sustainable Construction Management, Safety, Quality Management, and Environmental Engineering. Students will be trained in the latest technology, and will learn in HARTNELL KING CITY EDUCATION AND LEARNING CENTER EXPANSION This 2-story, 12,500 SF expansion of the Hartnell College King City Education Center will double the square footage of the existing facility. Located in downtown King City, the additional classrooms, science labs, student study center and community room will continue to support the efforts of the College to offer higher education withinthe community.

This location provided the low income walkable neighborhood with an important sense of community identity and recreational opportunity. This new student services facility also serves as the city’s community center. It encloses a central landscaped quad and provides a cafeteria, exterior snack bar, open dining room, and office space for counselors and the Associated Student Body. ELIOT – ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – KASAVAN ARCHITECTS The planning process for this project included consideration of selling the site and relocating the school to another neighborhood leading to bussing of students. This location provided the low income walkable neighborhood with an important sense of community identity and recreational opportunity. It was decided to totally rebuild on the existing site to save and BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA A new indoor dining room of approximately 7,500 s.f. added to an existing kitchen at Camp Pico Blanco; located in the Big Sur Coast area of Central California, more than 12 miles south of Carmel off Highway 1 and inland 14 miles on Palo Colorado Road. This new student services facility also serves as the city’s community center. It encloses a central landscaped quad and provides a cafeteria, exterior snack bar, open dining room, and office space for counselors and the Associated Student Body.
