The Missing Persons Act, which came into effect on July 1, 2019, defines a missing person as someone in both of the following circumstances.The person’s whereabouts are unknown and: CODE OF ETHICS AND STANDARDS OF PRACTICE The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice Handbook sets out minimum standards of professional practice and conduct for members of the OCSWSSW.
