MIPEX EVENT: DO INTEGRATION POLICIES MATTER? You can now watch the recording of the MIPEX event: Do policies matter? Exploring the Links between Indicators of #Integration Policies and Outcomes. Quantitative data have been used to understand the effect of migration and integration policies on migration dynamics, integration outcomes of migrants and, more generally, on the society as a whole. This webinar addresses this topic by analysing the link between integration policies and integration outcomes of migrants. The purpose of this workshop is to provide an overview of the existing integration policies worldwide and their potential impacts on harnessing the potential for all migrants to contribute their skills to the labour market and daily life of their destination country. The workshop brings together scholars and researchers who have conducted studies on the effect of migrant integration policies by using the Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX). These studies measure outcomes in terms of labour migration and labour market participation, participation in most other areas of life as well aspublic attitudes.
