Proudly Founded and Supported by Rotarians Since 1957 In the spirit of respect and reconciliation, KidsAbility acknowledges as settlers that we benefit from the lands inhabited by Indigenous peoples from the beginning. We acknowledge the Haldimand Tract, traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples which our sites in Waterloo Region are situated upon, promised to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. We acknowledge the Attawandaron people on whose traditional territory KidsAbility’s sites in Guelph-Wellington reside. We recognize the significance of the Dish with One Spoon Covenant to this land, a peace agreement made between Indigenous nations before the Europeans arrived. It characterizes our collective responsibility to each other and Mother Earth to take only what we need, leave enough for others and keep the dish clean. © Copyright 2019 by KidsAbility Centre for Child Development Powered by Blue Lemon Media Inc.*
