OUR PROGRAMS
At Integral Youth Services, our programs have two main focuses. The Outreach Programs are designed to interact with the public and increase community engagement. RESOURCES – INTEGRAL YOUTH SERVICES As Oregon moves through the phases of reopening, IYS will continue to communicate upcoming events and their restrictions. Integral Youth Services is a private non-profit that relies on grants and fundraising to run it’s major programs. We thank all of our partners, ABOUT US – INTEGRAL YOUTH SERVICES Integral Youth Services is a faith based organization that started in 1988 and has been actively engaging in the Klamath Community for over 32 years. Since 2005, IYS has been able to impact and change the lives of over 26,000 youth. IYS has local Outreach and Life Skill Development programs to help provide long term and short term supportto

0:00 / 1:22. Live. •. Due to the pandemic, IYS will be serving Summer Lunch Meals throughout the 2020-2021 calendar year instead of our typical summer eating. At this time, meals are non-congregate, and served as 7 days of meals to in a bag to take home and cook instead. HOMELESS EDUCATION LIAISON PROGRAM The Clothing Closet is a program through Homeless Education where students and homeless youth can come and get clothing, supplies, etc. Youth must be enrolled in the Homeless Education program in order to participate. Youth are allowed 3 outfits a month, and 1 pair of pajamas. Due to COVID-19 our clothing closet is closed to the public.TRANSITIONAL LIVING
Transitional Living Program. The Transitional Living program strives to provide housing opportunities for DHS foster youth 18-21 years old who are transitioning out of Foster Care and into Independent Living. This program is up to 18 months, and includes. *We are currently in the process of reconstructing our Transitional living house in orderEXODUS HOUSE
Exodus House, IYS’ short-term shelter, is the only voluntary homeless/runaway shelter program in Klamath County, Oregon. Exodus House, operating 24-hours a day, provides shelter, food and other services for an average of 60-80 runaway and homeless youth per year. VOLUNTEER – INTEGRAL YOUTH SERVICES Integral Youth Services relies heavily on our Volunteers to help us help our community. All our programs whether they are outreach or life skills can utilize volunteers whether being in the kitchen, out in the field, or in our Exodus House. INDEPENDENT LIVING. The Independent Living Program is designed to help young people in Klamath County become self-sufficient. Most of the youth are transitioning from foster care, but we also work with a small number of homeless youth. The program lasts eight weeks in the summer, and helps to provide youth with experience in hiring and job skills they will use in the future.
