TICKETS: To accommodate the occupancy requirement mandated by the State of Texas, The Dallas World Aquarium has implemented a Timed-Entry system as part of our ticketing procedure. Guests are highly encouraged to purchase advance online tickets and will check-in at our main entrance on the corner of Laws and Corbin Streets. Guests may check-in within 30 minutes of their designated entry time. You can present your mobile ticket or we can scan if you elected toprint your ticket.
ENTRANCE: Guests with Timed-Entry tickets may enter through our main entrance located at the corner of Laws and Corbin Streets. All guests will have their temperature taken prior to entry. If you wish to purchase tickets on-site or if you are a late arrival, you may enter through the same entrance, however, Timed-Entry guests may havepriority access.
QR CODE EXHIBIT DISPLAY: Our exhibit displays now have QR codes you can easily scan with your mobile device to receive the latest fact sheet about our animals and their habitats. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: If you are feeling sick, please stay home. Per CDC guidelines, if your temperature is over 100.4 you will need to return on another date. Per Dallas County’s recent order, guests ages 10 and older are required to wear a facial mask or some form of covering over their nose and mouth. Please be respectful of other guests and maintain a safe distance of 6 feet between parties. Hand sanitizing stations are conveniently located on all levels of ourfacility.
