HOW TO RUN A WEB SERVER ON AN ARDUINO In this tutorial I’ll show you how to start a Web Server on an Arduino device with WiFi, like my Arduino MKR WiFi 1010. We’ll connect to an existing WiFi network, and we’ll be able to interact with the Arduino from our browser via HTTP. This is very interesting for a variety of applications. From simple check of the sensors data, to performing actions based on the HTTP request performed. REACT ROUTER, HOW TO GET DATA FROM A DYNAMIC ROUTE A very common need, when you use React Router with dynamic parameter, is to fetch the data we need to show in the page. For example we have a list of projects, and clicking it goes in the project detail with the URL /project/PROJECT_ID. I found 2 ways to do that. One is to declare the route in this way: Notice the /project/:id path. HOW TO ALIGN CENTER VERTICALLY USING TAILWIND I always tend to forget how to align center vertically using Flexbox. You need a container with those CSS instructions: display: flex; align-items: center; justify-content: center; In Tailwind, this translates to the classes flex items-center justify-center. HOW TO CHANGE A NEXT.JS APP PORT I’ve been asked how to change the HTTP port of an app built using Next.js, when you are running it locally. By default the port is 3000, but that’s a commonly used port and perhaps you have another service running on it.. How can you change it? HOW TO FORCE CREDENTIALS TO EVERY AXIOS REQUEST I was using Axios to interact with an API that set a JWT token. The API returned the token in a cookie and I quickly figured I needed to set withCredentials: true in the Axios options: import axios from 'axios' axios.post(API_SERVER + '/login', { email, password }, { withCredentials: true }) Otherwise the cookie would not be saved.
