She has served as Assistant Camp Director at Camp Cherith of Western NY and Camp Hantesa in Boone, Iowa and is so exited about joining the YWCA Vermont Team. At an organizational level, YWCA Vermont recognizes the reality of the Vermont state demographics being predominantly white (Vermont population is 95% white) and the leadership of the organization being exclusively white, as well. PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES During each camp session, Residential Campers and Day Campers participate in two forms of camp programming; Blocks and Exploritories. Blocks. Block activities are intentionally designed to give campers the opportunity to develop and hone a skill set or build substantial new skills in a program area while they are at camp.
