SQUEALING NOISE AT START UP No you don't have to remove the engine to do so. I have done it in 10 minutes myself, on my brother's Yaris and myself. You loose the alternator, and slide it off, and put the belt back on the pullies (make sure you have it on the right way on the pullies, u can draw a picture before taking it off, so u know how to put it back on), then bring the alternator back to where it was, and tighten CLEAR COAT BLISTERING ON ROOF Thanks for the search. I read all the posts, but didn't watch the youtubes. Anyone: If you ever encounter a tip on just removing the remaining clearcoat layer without hurting the base or primer (if there is a primer layer), kindly pass it along as a post on one of these Yaris clearcoat threads. HOW TO? REPLACING A BROKEN ANTENNA Posts: 13,477. You have to remove the rear mounting point for the center seatbelt. To do so you pop the cover off the piece that rotates and then remove the mounting bolt. Once you have done so, you can get your finger up above the headliner and pop the clips by pulling downgently on it.

DOES ANYONE CARRY KAYAK ON YARIS? 600RRgoal. Drives: Yaris. Join Date: Mar 2014. Location: Philly. Posts: 11. I do with my '09 Yaris 3 door hatch. I have the basic kayak car carrying system (2 foam blocks, 2 straps, and 2 ropes to tie the front and back). My kayak is only 8' though. Don't think I'd put anything bigger on there as the 8' kayak looks ridiculous as it ishaha.
