CARLTON CARDS CLOSING WITHIN WEEKS ACROSS CANADA, LOCAL RETAILERSCONFIRM

January 22, 2020 01:25 pm Carlton Cards and Papyrus stores are closing across North America over the next month and a half. All three Saskatchewan locations of Carlton Cards confirmed the reports with 980 CJME on Wednesday afternoon. Stores are expected to shut down within the next four to six weeks; details around why are still unclear. There are three Carlton Cards locations in Saskatchewan — two in Saskatoon (Market Mall and Lawson Heights Mall) and one in Regina(Southland Mall).
All Papyrus stores in the province closed within the last five years. BENCH STORES ALSO CLOSING, REPORTS SAY Bench clothing stores are also set to close across Canada, according to media reports Wednesday.
