MOUNTING HINGES TO MDF LOML would like floor to ceiling storage cabinets for the rec room. Since they will be painted, I was thinking of MDF. I was pretty much set on the 14bx 2.5HP model and then I saw that Jet came out with a new 15" Model, the JWBS-15-3. That is the 220v 3hp version which normally sells for 1799. I saw the 1.75hp model at GRINDING/CLIPPING/SAWING OFF PROTRUDING NAILS It's as simple as that. I'm no expert, but I have to believe that the Dewalt must use harder metal. Perhaps it's also sharper. Anyway, a clipper/nipper that works is the best possible tool for the job. You can carry it in your pocket, and you can use it to cut off the nails flush with the wood. SHOP FOX W1671 PARTS Its a nice unit. Got it a few weeks ago. But as I do so often the excitement of a nice piece of hardware distracted me from investigating parts availability. Setting the clutch on your driver will save a DANISH OIL MISTAKE!?! WHAT DID I DO? Wait another 12-24 hours and do it again. Each time there should be less oil wiping off (leaking from the pores). For instance, I'm using a Danish Oil now on some walnut (very open pores) and it's taking a couple of days to dry - but each time there's less to wipe down. Andit looks great.

I applied 3 coats of the stain and everything looked fine and I was happy with my efforts. 4. After this i applied a coat of Minwax Fast-drying Polyurethane. As soon as it started to dry, white patches started toappear.
