The pass lets you travel for free during off-peak times: REPLACE A LOST TICKET OR PASS West Midlands Network replace network tickets (bus, train and tram travel) valid for 13 weeks or more only. Birmingham New Street travel information centre. Our travel information centre at New Street Station is closed until further notice. You can get a Swift card online, at a Swift kiosk or at another travel centre.. Children need an adult or guardian with them when getting new Swift cards from a travel centre. TRAMS - WEST MIDLANDS NETWORK You can travel by tram from Birmingham to Wolverhampton. The tram stops at lots of other places in between. The tram service is called the West Midlands Metro.You can use the ticket finder to find the right tram ticket for you.
