Bills are due 30 days from the bill date but an early payment discount is offered on the electric portion of your bill, if paid within 15 days of the billissue date.

On June 3, 2016, Governor Baker signed An Act to Improve Public Records into law. This act requires municipalities to designate 1 or more Records Access Officers (RAO), who shall coordinate the Town's response to requests for access to public records; assist individuals seeking public records in identifying the records requested; and assist the custodian of records in preserving public records. More information on the new Public Records Law is available from the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
