Over- and adjoining station development can be complex but remains very much economically viable with proper risk and time management, particularly given increasing land values around 90 MILLION FUND FOR FUTURE OF TRANSPORT ZONES (FORMERLY FMZ Alongside the review, a £90 million funding boost will lead to trials of new transport innovation in three new ‘future transport zones’: Portsmouth and Southampton, the West of England Combined Authority, and Derby and Nottingham.
