In contrast to common onions, which produce flowers on top of the seed stalk, the Egyptian onion produces a cluster of small, red bulbils. As the plants dry down, the ALL SEASONS CABBAGE SEEDS All Seasons is an excellent mid-season cabbage that produces 11" solid, round heads with slightly flattened tops. Heads average 10-15lbs each. Traditionally used for sauerkraut, but also suitable for fresh eating or cooking. Good heat tolerance. 85 days to harvest. Approximately 100 seeds per packet. SILVERY FIR TREE TOMATO Russian variety produces unique, deeply cut foliage and nearly perfect, 2-3" red tomatoes. Plants are compact, reaching just two feet tall, and are therefore well-suited for containers. Usually the earliest producer of all of our tomato varieties. Determinate. 58 daysto harvest.
THESSALONIKI TOMATO
Greek variety named after the beautiful coastal city, Thessaloniki. Plants are indeterminate, disease-resistant and very productive. Beautiful, medium-sized red tomatoes are resistant sun scald and keep very well. Old-fashioned flavor with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. Indeterminate. HEIRLOOM RADISH SEEDS Easy-to-grow and fast-maturing, radishes are the perfect vegetable for the new gardener. We offer a number of heirloom radish varieties including red radishes, white radishes, pink radishes, purple radishes, and even multicolored radish mixes. Check out our selectionSCARLET KALE
(Brassica oleracea) Unique variety produces lovely, scarlet colored leaves with frilled edges. I've discovered that the red coloring seems to offer some camoflage against hungry rabbits. While our green kale plants occasionally get eaten by rabbits (or chickens), I've neverseen the scarlet
ALMA PAPRIKA PEPPER SEEDS (Capsicum annuum) Compact plants produce nice yields of round, 2-3" sweet paprika peppers. Maturing from white to orange to red, these thick walled peppers are perfect for drying and grinding into your own homemade paprika. Amazingly sweet and mildly peppery flavor. 70 Free Shipping on Orders $25+Cart 0 |
