She joins The Solutions Project as the Vice President, Programs overseeing our grantmaking, policy research, and impact strategy support for more than 100 frontline leaders innovating in models for a regenerative economy across the country, including Puerto Rico. Our frontline grantee partners improved lives, raised awareness, redirected the media narrative, put government to work for the people, and stepped into nationalleadership roles.
OUR STORY - THE SOLUTIONS PROJECT “The Solutions Project is helping lift up leaders from our organization to give women of color and people of color more of a platform and space to speak about solutions that are coming from our communities, in particular Asian American immigrant and refugee communities that tend to CONTACT US - THE SOLUTIONS PROJECT Contribute. We need everyone to solve the climate crisis - and that means the future is also in your hands! Your donation boosts the efforts of people already delivering climate solutions in neighborhoods all across the country.MAKE GRANTS
Currently, Fighter Fund capacity building grants are up to $50,000 per year (typically averaging at $20,000 per grant). These grants are designed to be flexible dollars that catalyze new solutions and help organizations leverage their stories to take those solutions to scale. Typically, an investment from The Solutions Project lasts for threeJUSTICE + EQUITY

Currently, Fighter Fund capacity building grants are up to $50,000 per year (typically averaging at $20,000 per grant). These grants are designed to be flexible dollars that catalyze new solutions and help organizations leverage their stories to take those solutions to scale. Our 100% Commitment to Justice aims to correct an historic lack of funding and media coverage, and promotes feminine leadership that builds power from the ground up. In 2019, we doubled down on our commitment to feminine leadership and the diversity it nurtures with a pioneering 100% Commitment to Justice.EARTH MONTH
In celebration of Earth Month, we will celebrate and uplift solutions that frontline communities have been developing and implementing. We know that climate justice requires centering the very communities who have suffered most from the adverse effects of climate change, and who are using this experience to develop creative, practical solutions tothe climate crisis.
