Emergency Food & Other Assistance The Rural Outreach Center serves people living in Southern Erie, Wyoming, and Cattaraugus counties. If you live within our service area and find yourself in need of help with food or have another urgent need, please call the ROC at 716-240-2220. We will do our best to help you. You do NOT need to be currently engaged in ROC services to get emergency food & other assistance. The ROC asks that you call ahead instead of showing up in person so we can reduce the number of people in the building at one time. When you call, please provide the number of people in your household. Your child’s school may also be able to provide you with meals to replace school breakfasts and lunches. See the ‘Resource List’ tab for more information or contact their school directly. ****The ROC will not be holding face-to-face appointments with Participants for at least the next two weeks. Please call your social worker or care coordinator if you need to speak with them inthe meantime.****
