This Flourless Chocolate Torte will do just the trick! 🍫 Sending our love out to @themindfulhapa, the recipe creator and favorite dog mom 🐶⠀ ⠀ Pecan Crust⠀ 2 cups raw pecans⠀ 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⠀ 4 tbsp coconut sugar⠀ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀ ¼ tsp salt⠀ ⠀ Flourless Chocolate Torte⠀ 2, 3oz 70% Dark Chocolate bars @theochocolate⠀ 1 tbsp coconut oil⠀ 4 large eggs, room temperature⠀ 3/4 cup coconut sugar⠀ 1/4 tsp salt⠀ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀ 1/2 cup coconut cream⠀ 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted⠀ ⠀ Ganache Topping⠀ 2, 3oz 70% dark Chocolate bars @theochocolate⠀ 1 tbsp coconut oil⠀ 1/2 cup coconut cream⠀ ⠀ 1. Preheat oven to 350F⠀ 2. Make your pecan crust - blend pecans in a high-speed blender or food processor until fine. Add to a mixing bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.⠀ 3. Press the crust into a 9-inch pie pan until the bottom and sides are evenly covered. Bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes and allow to cool completely.⠀ 4. Make your flourless chocolate torte - melt your chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Repeat until chocolate has melted, about 90 seconds total.⠀ 5. In a separate large mixing bowl, use a hand blender to whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Add your coconut cream and whisk again.⠀ 6. Once combined, sift in your cocoa powder. Lastly, slowly stir in the melted chocolate until combined.⠀ 7. Top your pecan crust with your chocolate torte batter and bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 375F, or until you start to see a few cracks on the edges of the cake. It will seem not fully cooked, but this ensures the fudgy texture.⠀ 8. Make your chocolate ganache - repeat the same process of melting your chocolate bars in the microwave. Once melted, use your hand blender to whisk in the coconut cream.⠀ 9. Top your torte with the ganache once it has cooled completely from the oven.⠀ 10.
