GREEK SALAD RECIPE WITH FETA Make the vinaigrette: In a large bowl, combine red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle the olive oil over the mixture so that it emulsifies. Set aside. Slice the onions very thin, and place in a small bowl. Coverwith cold water and
EASY PEACH COBBLER RECIPE (FRESH/FROZEN/CANNED) Fill to the 1/2 cup line with milk, preferably whole milk. Stir and let sit 5 minutes, then use as directed in the recipe. Canned peaches: Drain 4 (29 ounce) cans of sliced peaches. When drained, this comes out to about 9 cups of peaches. Let them sit in the TZATZIKI SAUCE RECIPE WITH PITA: EASY APPETIZER! Make the Za'atar Pita: while the completed tzatziki is chilling, prepare the pita. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with pita bread. Brush the top of each pita with a small amount of olive oil, just enough to coat. Sprinkle the top with a few shakes of Za'atar seasoning, to taste. RHUBARB BARS WITH EASY SHORTBREAD CRUST Set aside. In a large bowl or stand mixer, add 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter. Beat until smooth and creamy, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add 3/4 cup granulated sugar and beat again for at least 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom, until the mixture is light and fluffy. ALMOND ROCA BARS (FAST AND EASY DESSERT!) Beat butter with sugars. Add egg, almond, and salt. Beat in flour. Spread in a 9x13 pan. (Wet your fingers if the dough sticks). Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes, or until it is set on the edges (and set in the middle, too, if you like them to be a little crispy). Sprinkle BEST VIRGIN PIÑA COLADAS (WITH A SECRET INGREDIENT!) See notes. In a blender, add 1 cup cream of coconut, 3/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon rum extract, 1 teaspoon molasses (optional), and 10 ounces frozen chopped pineapple, about 3 cups. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid. HOW TO MAKE ZOODLES (WITHOUT A SPIRALIZER) When you are ready to make it, do not thaw. Dump it straight from the freezer bag into a skillet set over medium heat, cover, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Or dump it straight into a pot of boiling salted water and blanch for 2-5 minutes until al dente. You CAN refrigerate zoodles ahead of time, which I totally recommend. CUBAN MOJO MARINATED PORK (LECHON ASADO) Place the zipped up bag in a baking dish, and put it in the fridge overnight, or several hours at least. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. THE BEST HOMEMADE WHITE CAKE RECIPE OF YOUR LIFE -THE FOOD Add the cream in 1/4 cup increments in between cups of powdered sugar. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. (less if you're using table salt) Beat until very fluffy, at least 2-3 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom at least once or twice. Once all the cakes are completely cool, assemble your cake. SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE, WITH A TON OF STREUSEL Instructions. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch cake pan* with nonstick spray or rub with butter. Make the streusel: In a large bowl, whisk together 3 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Melt 1 cup butter in a small bowl in the microwave. THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE I'VE EVER HAD In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in the water and cocoa and whisk until combined. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for about 30 seconds. Remove pot from heat and let sit aside to cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, THE BEST POTATO SALAD RECIPE The perfect potato salad texture. The thing I love best about Joy’s potato salad recipe is the lack of raw vegetables. Read: NO CRUNCHIES. I love the flavor that onions and other veggies add, but I’m just a stickler for texture when it comes to potato salad. THE BEST ZESTY KEY LIME PIE RECIPE The BEST Key Lime Pie is the tartest in all the land! It’s not the best Key Lime Pie recipe if you don’t have to pucker up in my opinion. A super thick layer of zesty lime custard, a crunchy graham cracker crust, and a generous piping of lime whipped cream makes thisclassic dessert a
BEST VIRGIN PIÑA COLADAS (WITH A SECRET INGREDIENT!) See notes. In a blender, add 1 cup cream of coconut, 3/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon rum extract, 1 teaspoon molasses (optional), and 10 ounces frozen chopped pineapple, about 3 cups. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid. ASIAN CAULIFLOWER "RICE" In a wide-bottom skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sesame oil. Saute the garlic for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Add all of the cauliflower rice. It may seem like a lot, but it will cook down. Stir in rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and sweet chili sauce. EASY BLACKBERRY COBBLER RECIPE WITH OAT TOPPING Transfer the mixture to the square pan. In another medium bowl, combine oats, chopped almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add the butter to the oats and stir. Cover the berries with the oat topping and spread around. Bake at 375 for about 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned on the top. EASY FALL-APART CROCK POT ROAST (SLOW COOKER) Transfer the roast to your slow cooker (6 quart or larger). Keep the hot pan on the stove and add the water and beef base. Stir, breaking up any brown bits on the pan, until the beef base is dissolved. Pour the liquid into the slow cooker. Sprinkle the roast with the dried thyme or add the fresh thyme.__

My main complaint with Coffee Cake is that there is usually too much cake, not enough streusel. This recipe gives you the max amount of streusel without ruining the light fluffiness of the cake!
