ONE-POT HAMBURGER HELPER Instructions. Heat a very large skillet, or a pot, over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, onions, and ground beef. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Saute, breaking up the ground beef with the back of a spoon, until the beef is cooked through, no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Add in the tomato paste and stir to combine. Heat a cast iron skillet (or oven safe skillet) over medium-high heat. Season the flesh side of the salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Add olive oil to skillet. When the oil is hot, add salmon skin-side down. Sear until the skin is golden brown and crispy, about 4 minutes. Flip and top each salmon with 1 tsp. of theghee.
CRUNCHY BLACKENED SALMON TACOS WITH SERRANO SLAW Stir until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine egg with 1 tsp water and whisk until well combined. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. While the pan is heating, individually dip the salmon into egg wash and shake off excess. Next, roll the salmon into the panko mixture until evenly coated. BLACKENED PAN SEARED SALMON Using your hands, evenly divide the seasoning mixture among the salmon filets and gently rub into the tops of each filet. Heat avocado oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat. When the oil is hot, but not smoking, place the salmon into the pan, flesh side down, until a deep blackened crust forms, about 3 minutes. SHRIMP STIR FRY WITH BOK CHOY AND CHILES Instructions. Heat avocado and toasted sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. When hot, add the shrimp in batches so as to not overcrowd the pan and sear until cook through and golden on each side, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer cooked shrimp to a clean plate and continue until all of the shrimp is cooked.X
