The Beryl Institute is the global community of practice dedicated to improving the patient experience through collaboration and shared knowledge. We define the patient experience as the sum of all interactions, shaped by an organization's culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of GLOBAL PATIENT AND FAMILY ADVISORY BOARD A critical commitment of the Institute is to serve as the hub for all voices impacting and influencing the patient experience movement. The Global Patient and Family Advisory Board complements the Institute’s boards by ensuring the voices of patients and families are a central consideration in the strategic direction and offerings of theInstitute.
