Writers – The writers will decide what will happen in the story and write the script. Illustrators – They draw the images, have to be consistent with the writers and editors choices. Editors – Editors will decide on the overall look of the book, page orientation, grammar, consistency.. Teams are distributed. They need to sit as far away from each other as possible as if they were in THE HERCULEAN DOUGHNUT Been using this actively for a while now. Great game that drives some very interesting conversations. I added to the list of activities/responsibilities and threw in some others such as dealing with budget, risk, performance management, motivation, creating status reports, and other things I seem to remember from my project management past (its alright I’m better now!) etc. NEXUS ZOO (A SCALING SIMULATOR) This game was designed by Mark Noneman and Don McGreal for a presentation on the Scrum.org Nexus framework.. This is a fun and effective way to replicate the challenges of scaling product development across many teams. It puts teams into a situation where they need to turn their individual features into one collective increment within a Sprint.TASTYCUPCAKES.ORG
