POLL: WOULD YOU BE OK WITH YOUR NEIGHBOR OPERATING A SHORT-TERMRENTAL PROPERTY?
The Starkville Board of Aldermen recently tabled discussion of ordinances aimed at regulating the increasing amount of short-term rental properties in Starkville, which has been the source of conflict in the city for months. Supporters of the regulatory ordinances argue short-term rentals arrangements (such as AirBnB) where neighborhood homes are rented out by transient visitors deteriorate the traditional nature of residential areas by introducing commercial aspects. What doyou think?
YOU VOTED:
Short-term rental properties are OK I would not want neighbors operating short-term rental properties I don't know enough about the issue Vote View ResultsBack
