WASHINGTON STATE LEADS THE NATION ON CLIMATE ACTION 8 hours ago · Takeaways Washington lawmakers passed a bill to cap most climate pollution in the Evergreen State. This legislation is the culmination of more than a decade of effort by Governor Jay Inslee, state lawmakers, and advocates.
