THAI STEAMED EGGS RECIPE (KAI TOON) Step 1: Add 2 eggs to a bowl, and beat thoroughly. Then add 1/2 cup of water and mix with the eggs. Step 2: Add 3/4 tbsp of soy sauce and mix with the eggs.
