B2 | SHoP. Proving the ability of modular construction to meet the pressing demands of our time, B2 was a landmark technological achievement. A centerpiece of the Pacific Park development in downtown Brooklyn, and a neighbor to SHoP’s Barclays Center, B2 was the tallest modular residential building in the world when it wascompleted in 2016.
DOMINO SUGAR MASTER PLAN Our master plan for the Domino Sugar site, prepared in collaboration with Field Operations, replaced a previous city-approved plan with a new proposal that increased publicly-accessible open space by 60%, creates a new street grid compatible with the existing neighborhood, and provides for the mix of uses—creative office space, market-rate and affordable housing, neighborhood retail, andNASSAU COLISEUM
The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, a major regional venue with a storied history, had fallen into disrepair when SHoP was brought in to re-conceive the look and feel of the structure. The design team saw an opportunity to retain the strong massing of the arena while at the same time transforming it with an intricate enclosure of 4,700 FIT NEW ACADEMIC BUILDING FIT is located at the heart of the industry it serves. SHoP was asked to design a New Academic Building that will reveal and reinforce that connection. In addition to supporting a world-class learning environment, a primary goal of the design is to create an iconic statement that contributes to creating a fresh and lasting identityfor the

With a total height of 1,428 feet, the residential tower at 111 West 57th Street is among the tallest buildings in New York City. As a prominent new local and regional landmark, it bears a special responsibility to contribute meaningfully and elegantly to the shared skyline. Uber HQ | SHoP. The Uber Headquarters is designed to encourage vibrant life on the streets of its emerging San Francisco neighborhood. In addition to supporting responsible development by locating it in the city near public transportation, the project’s key goal is to bring this developing area into step with the successful, human-scaled EAST RIVER WATERFRONT East River Waterfront | SHoP. Our master plan for the East River Waterfront transformed a forgotten post-industrial shoreline into a truly urban park. Since 2004, we have designed and delivered a suite of related projects that together serve to reclaim and reinvigorate a long-neglected stretch of Lower Manhattan riverfront.ATLASSIAN HQ
The tower is designed to reflect Atlassian’s core values around sustainability and workplace culture. It will be the tallest commercial hybrid timber tower in the world and is at the leading edge in its application of carbon sequestering mass-timber construction. A centerpiece of the Pacific Park development in downtown Brooklyn, and a neighbor to SHoP’s Barclays Center, B2 was the tallest modular residential building in the world when it wascompleted in 2016.

DOMINO SUGAR MASTER PLAN Our master plan for the Domino Sugar site, prepared in collaboration with Field Operations, replaced a previous city-approved plan with a new proposal that increased publicly-accessible open space by 60%, creates a new street grid compatible with the existing neighborhood, and provides for the mix of uses—creative office space, market-rate and affordable housing, neighborhood retail, and111 WEST 57TH
With a total height of 1,428 feet, the residential tower at 111 West 57th Street is among the tallest buildings in New York City. As a prominent new local and regional landmark, it bears a special responsibility to contribute meaningfully and elegantly to the shared skyline. The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, a major regional venue with a storied history, had fallen into disrepair when SHoP was brought in to re-conceive the look and feel of the structure.
