Morton Park. This is Plymouth’s largest park area encompassing approximately 200 acres of forest and shoreline on Little Pond (43 acres) and Billington Sea (269 acres). The park was created in 1889 through the generosity of several landowners including Dr. LeBaron PLYMOUTH ART ON THE GREEN Free and open to the public, the Plymouth Art on the Green Art Fair will showcase the work of local artists in a variety of mediums, including ceramics, painting, sculpture and more. In addition to the incredible artwork available for purchase, attendees will be able to interact with artists through demonstrations and booth chats. ThisA-1 HISTORIC TOURS

WILLIAM BRADFORD STATUE William Bradford Statue. Located just a short distance from the famous Plymouth Rock, sits this statue of William Bradford. William Bradford, one of the Mayflower Pilgrims, became leader of the Plymouth Colony when the original leader, John Carver, died during the first winter in Plymouth. William Bradford was an English Puritan, originallyPILGRIM SARCOPHAGUS
Pilgrim Sarcophagus. Located across the street from Plymouth Rock, this sarcophagus contains the remains of the Mayflower Pilgrims who died during the first year after their arrival in Plymouth. Not particularly famous as individuals, but largely recognized as a group in American cultural history as the Mayflower Pilgrims who did notsurvive

Morton Park. This is Plymouth’s largest park area encompassing approximately 200 acres of forest and shoreline on Little Pond (43 acres) and Billington Sea (269 acres). The park was created in 1889 through the generosity of several landowners including Dr. LeBaron RICHARD SPARROW HOUSE (1640) Richard Sparrow House (1640) Richard Sparrow, his wife Pandora, and son Jonathan, left their home in England, and arrived in New Plimoth by 1633. As a freeman, Richard was granted a house tract of six acres in 1636, which required him to construct a house within four years. This site is the largest playing field facility in the Town’ park system and opened in 2000. It was constructed at a cost of 3.25 million dollars with the help from the Department of Conservation and Recreation, Urban Self Help Grant. Included are three senior size soccer fields, two 90’ baseballfields, one
