Dailey joined the Seminary faculty full-time in 2017-18 as the inaugural John Cardinal Foley Chair of Homiletics & Social Communications.. The Cardinal Foley Chair supports the work of the Church in the realm of Gospel communications by educating seminarians and other students, informing staff in parishes and (arch)dioceses, and dialoguing with journalists and media professionals. Resident Theology Seminarians: Students in the Theological Seminary wear clerical shirts and black pants during the course of the day. During liturgical functions, such as Mass and other solemn occasions, theologians wear a cassock and surplice. After Diaconate Ordination, deacons also wear stoles and/or dalmatics for Mass and otherliturgies.

Human Formation. The purpose of Human Formation in the Seminary Theologate is to assist the seminarian in his task of becoming a man of integrity with the personality necessary for priestly ministry in the Church.
