It really is true that I’m not much of a “volume” eater at dinner. I rarely eat seconds of anything and if dessert is on the way, practically never. There are many, many MEDITERRANEAN LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN Today’s lemon butter chicken recipe once again comes comes under the “Quick and Easy” banner but that doesn’t mean that it compromises on taste. The rich and buttery sauce is tempered by the slight saltiness of feta cheese and sun dried olives. However the flavour is very much brightened by NO KNEAD PIZZA DOUGH. MAKES ITSELF OVERNIGHT IF YOU WANT! Try things like pesto, garlic oil or the Alfredo sauce used in this one. Topping the dough and alfredo sauce on this occasion were, pepperoni, prosciutto, kalamata olives and fresh mozzarella. HOMEMADE BACON RANCH SALAD DRESSING A funny thing happened on the way to this Homemade Bacon Ranch Salad Dressing recipe. It actually made a very hidden cameo appearance on my recently popular recipe post for Quick Montreal Steak Spice Refrigerator Pickles.. In a display photo for the pickles, as seen below, I featured mine and Spouses lunch for the day; simple egg saladsandwiches.

Remove from the pan and hold in a warm oven. In the same saute pan add the olive oil and garlic for one minute until the garlic is softened. NO BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE. MAKE W/ FROZEN STRAWBERRIES Thicken with 3 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in ¼ cup cold water, which is added to the strawberries while stirring gently. Boil gently for 1 additional minute, stirring constantly. Allow to cool completely to room temperature before spooning it evenly over the cheesecake layer. Bring all sides of the aluminum foil together and twist to seal the garlic head inside. Roast in a 350 degree F oven for about 45minutes.

Simple wet chicken pieces with water, drain well and drop them, one at a time into a plastic bag containing some of the homemade shake 'n bake. I usually start with a half cup of the coating in the bag, which is equivalent to what is in an envelope if you bought it at the supermarket. Cook over medium heat to soften the garlic but do not let it brown. Add the honey, soy sauce and black pepper. Simmer together for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. JAMAICAN RUM CAKE. THE BEST RECIPE I'VE TRIED IN 30 YEARS Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl well after each egg is added. Finally, mix in the rum and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the centre comes out REFRIGERATOR PICKLES. MADE W/ HOMEMADE LOWER SALT MONTREAL Slice the cucumbers evenly to about 1/4 of an inch thick. Stir together the vinegar, water, sugar & kosher salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Add about 1/3 of the sliced pickles to a 2 cup mason jar (or similar bottle). Sprinkle on about 1/3 tbsp of the Montreal Steak spice, followed by one of the sliced cloves of garlic.KAHLUA NANAIMO BARS

CUMBERLAND SAUSAGE
Coarsely grind the spiced pork cubes. Mix in the dry breadcrumbs and finally the water. Stuff the sausage into the casings or form into 3 to 4 ounce patties. I like to ket the prepared sausages sit in the fridge for a day to let the flavours blend and develop before freezingor cooking them.
ALFREDO SCALLOPED POTATOES These alfredo scalloped potatoes were inspired by the recent success of another side dish recipe, Alfredo Mac and Cheese.It seems that nobody can get enough of the creamy garlic and parmesan flavour in a good Alfredo recipe. PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM A.K.A. HEAVENLY RHUBARB JAM Instructions. Combine the rhubarb, pineapple,strawberries and sugar all together in a 2 quart pot and simmer gently over low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
