Truth! 😎🙌💪 # Credit to @jaredenderton : “You can’t out train a bad diet.” Well, for a certain amount of time you can but if you want to perform at YOUR highest level you can’t. For me, I finally submitted to a nutrition program (after thinking I knew everything for a long time) & the results were amazing. 12th at Regionals then qualifying for the CrossFit Games the next year. A cut is hard but maintenance is harder! This is the time where I normally start to fall into old habits. Just a bite of this and a taste of that and pretty soon I haven fallen down the slippery slope! I have noticed my slip ups the last couple weeks and o am determined to get right back on track! Also trying not to be so hard on myself as change takes time! Posting these photos for my own motivation! These photos are about a year apart. I know a few slip ups won’t take me back to a year ago but a year of slip ups will! Here’s to pressing on! Thank you to trainerlindsey and rpstrength for helping to get mewhere I am today!

• NEW ADVENTURES • . I’m very excited to have been picked out by rpstrength to be a sponsored athlete and it’s come at a perfect time! . For the past 18 months I’ve counted macros and have transformed my body & mind when it comes to food. My fitness has continued to increase and my lifts are still sky rocketing at the age of 32! . Over the past month, my appetite has been ridiculously huge & I’ve been questioning whether I’ve been eating enough or maybe eating the wrong amounts of fats/protein/carbs for me. I’ve been playing around with the numbers & I’m still hungry!... all the damn time! . Another #transformationthursday courtesy of rpstrength 💪. With the help of the RP Diet app, this is 58➡️56➡️55kg. No water restriction, just followed my app and have reduced my salt intake the past few days. As I hit my competition weight a little early, I'm still using the app to make sure I'm getting my macros in so that I don't lose muscle mass. While I've done this cut a few times, the app makes it so easy to check in to make sure I'm doing it right. Not gonna lie, it takes some discipline, but if you have your goals, then RP is there to help you achieve them!
