Using contact information obtained from the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, the magazine mails postcards to the full population of dentists practicing in the Valley in the early spring, directing them to our online voting portal. NICE GUYS FINISH LAST The thief, a 20-year-old former postal worker named Martin Lewis, made off with $2,238 in cash, getting away in a stolen car which he eventually ditched in Tucson.
