PCC COMMUNITY MARKETS ANNOUNCES UPDATES TO MANAGERIAL … (SEATTLE, April 22, 2021) – PCC Community Markets (PCC), one of Seattle’s original grocers and the largest community-owned food market in the U.S., today announced two promotions on its managerial team with Dana Montanari promoted to Chief People Officer and Darrell Vannoy to Senior Vice President Merchandising & Promotion. New Ratings on Pesticide Risk. PCC COUNTRY BEEF SOUP RECIPE Directions. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté beef until cooked through; drain if necessary. In a large soup pot, heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add carrots, onions, celery, garlic, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cook until soft, 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in cooked beef, potatoes, tomatoes and broth. SALMON CHOWDER RECIPE Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat from the pot. Add green onions, corn, garlic, thyme, bay leaf and red pepper flakes to the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until green onions are tender, about 5 minutes. Add milk and cream and bring just to a boil.
