In the question or note text box, click on the Image icon. This will open the Image Properties window. Paste the URL of your image into the URLbox.

In the Survey builder, find the page from which your different routes will start and click on the Edit page icon. Click on Advanced options. From the Unrouted respondents go to drop-down menu, select the next page in your default flow. Click Save. Repeat steps 1-4 for all the pages in your default flow. EXPORTING RESPONSE DATA To export all response data at once: In the Analyse tab, make sure all questions and filters you need have been activated and are shown in the view. Or, if you wish to export all your data, make sure any existing filters are cleared by clicking on Clear all filters. Click on Export at the top of your responses list and select Export response HOW CAN I HELP A USER WHO CAN’T LOG IN? Find the user in your user list. Click on their username. HOW CAN I HELP A USER WHO CAN’T LOG IN? Find the user in your user list. Click on their username. This will open the Edit user screen. Check whether the Active box is ticked. If the Active box is not ticked, the user has not clicked on the activation link in their invitation email. If the Active box is ticked, the user has successfully activated their account. SHOULD I USE A GRID QUESTION OR A SCALE/RANK QUESTION While the scale/rank question is designed for scales and ranking questions, you are not required to use this question type for those types of questions. In some cases a grid question may be more appropriate for your needs. Scale/rank questions and grid questions have different strengths and weaknesses, some of which are discussedbelow.
