Remedy Remains Rare. National Contact Points (NCPs) were established to promote adherence to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (the Guidelines). In 2000, these statebased offices began accepting complaints from people harmed by JOSEPH WILDE-RAMSING Joseph Wilde-Ramsing. Joseph specialises in corporate accountability issues in the energy, extractives, and financial sectors. Besides, he contributes to SOMO’s work on business and human rights, including coordination of the OECD Watch network . He frequently assists communities and workers in asserting their rights and seeking remedyfor
NCP NORWAY - OECD WATCH The NCP has published all the OECD due diligence guidance's in English. The NCP has undertaken promotional activities regarding the OECD guidance on garment and footwear, which was translated into Norwegian. The NCP has also developed a short Norwegian version of EDUARDO VILLARREAL CANTÚ ProDESC is a Mexican non-governmental organisation founded in 2005. Its fundamental objective is defending and promoting Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR), to contribute to their validity, justiciability, and enforceability, and thus build a more just andequitable society.
