Most people that phone our mental health hub on 111 will be supported by a PWP to safe self-care. The hub is also staffed by mental health nurse practitioners and mental health senior charge nurses. WHO YOU WILL SPEAK TO Psychological wellbeing practitioner (PWP) PWPs are trained to support people in distress. Most people that phone our mental health hub on 111 will be supported by a PWP to safe self-care. The hub is also staffed by mental health nurse practitioners and mental health senior charge nurses. If needed, they will supervise your call to a safeoutcome.
