GRADUATION GAME
How to play: The graduation game, can be played in three ways. First way to play – Score the ‘fill in the blanks’ and ‘circle the best answers’ separately and have a winner for each portion. Two winners. Second way to play – Have an overall winner with the highest score for both portions. One winner. Third way to play –Combine

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time and mix. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Step 3. Divide mix into the two pie pans or pour all into a 9" x 13" pan. Optional - sprinkle top with shredded coconut. Bake for 1 hour. MICROWAVE MOCHI RECIPE Place mochi baker in microwave and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium high power. Dust a plate or counter with potato starch and turn mochi out of the baker. Let the mochi completely cool down. Once cooled, dust top of mochi with potato starch and cut into 3/4 inch pieces.SALMON & TOFU SALAD
