It sets the direction for future action to reduce deaths by suicide in Western Australia. ADHD was the most common mental disorder in children and adolescents (7.4%), followed by anxiety disorders (6.9%), major depressive disorder (2.8%), and conductdisorder (2.1%).

SAFE HAVEN CAFES
Safe Haven Cafes. Safe Haven Cafés work alongside emergency departments during after-hours and are for people experiencing mental health issues. They offer peer-based support for those who may otherwise attend emergency departments, but do not need intensive clinical and medical support. They are new in Western Australia. NEXT STEP DRUG AND ALCOHOL SERVICES Next Step Drug and Alcohol Services (Next Step) provide a range of treatment services for people experiencing problems associated with their alcohol and other drug use, as well as support for families. The services provided by Next Step include: Outpatient services at East Perth and via integrated Community Alcohol and Drug Services at six ALCOHOL AND DRUG SUPPORT LINE The Alcohol and Drug Support Line is a confidential, non-judgemental telephone counselling, information and referral service for anyone seeking help for their own or another person’s alcohol or drug use.THE START COURT
The Start Court. The Start Court is a Magistrates Court based within the Central Law Courts in the Perth CBD specialising in dealing with offenders who have mental health issues.
