THE 4 HOUR WORK DAY
The 4 hour work week was an exaggerated concept, not to be taken literally but the 4 hour work day is one we can all achieve. Progress is made by turning up day after day and consistently delivering, not trying to do 10 hours of work in a day and burning out, hating yourself and the work.FLICKOGRAPHICS
The origin of this graphic came from my old university house, where for a while we got into playing our own version of the game six degrees of Kevin Bacon, where we had to connect one actor to another via the films they’ve appeared in together. We soon learned that Samuel L Jackson was a very useful card to play, as most actor connections in modern Hollywood seem to go through him. When creating them from scratch it can be hard to know when you’ve got everything in the flow. SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED WEBSITES SHOULDN’T BOTHER WITH A/B It boils down to three main reasons, which I’ll expand on in this article: the time taken to get a result; not having the expertise; and better testing options being available. If you work in marketing, product, or design at a small-medium sized company then you should think about swerving A/B testing. The promising theory of splittesting
HOW TO WRITE A USER TESTING REPORT (THAT PEOPLE WILL Here you should summarise the demographics of the users you tested with and how many there were. This generally means age, gender, devices, and possibly income and education level. It’s good to show that the people who took the tests match your actual users, so people will take the findings seriously. If you used any screener questionsto
