In a nutshell, a scope and sequence is a list of all the ideas, concepts and topics that will be covered in the book, or in the course, or in the lesson plans assigned within a curriculum. LETTING GO OF WHAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU Even after feeling lighter, I find it crucial to frequently scan myself for unnecessary baggage, too. In this way, shedding no-longer-serving beliefs and other useless baggage becomes a lifelong process. I choose what to allow in my life, and which things it is finally time to let go. This liberation and freedom can be highlyaddictive.

TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING FOR WOMEN – EFT PRACTITIONER – LIFESTRATEGIST
Traditional & alternative methods for uniquely effective results A natural and holistic approach to personal growth and physicalhealing
HI, I’M DR. MARIE-CLAIRE I’m an educator, speaker, recovered perfectionist and a major busy-ness addict. As a lifelong learner, I’m always working to be the best that I can be. But there was a time when I fell apart and almost lost hope. On my journey to recovery, I uncovered beliefs and patterns that had been sabotaging my life and stealing my joy. I developed a health regimen and made lifestyle changes, but that helped only temporarily. It wasn’t until I tapped into my energy and emotions, retraining my mind-body, that the real transformation occurred. After reinventing myself, I started helping other women rewrite their stories. Recognizing my my purpose, my calling, I shifted my training from studying only that which is known to that which is just beginning to be recognized in the mainstream. Amazing life shifts have come from this work with lots of incredible women. So now, it’s your turn. Are you ready to get to work? WHO CAN BENEFIT? DOES THIS REALLY WORK? Coaching is a professional relationship in which the Coach helps move the Client from where they are to where they really want to be. I specialize in helping women gain clarity and find what’s keeping them stuck; and then provide support, suggested tools and techniques, plus accountability as they travel the path of change. With real commitment, yes, these partnerships can have extraordinary results! Unexpected gains in other areas are also common during the process, and though they seem to appear out of nowhere, they signal growth and moving closer towards the final goal. While anyone can claim to be a Coach, that doesn’t guarantee every coach has the training and experience to get results. My background allows for a unique combination of standard coaching practices with energy and emotional freedom techniques — techniques that have been proven in hundreds of studies. I describe my approach as blending the masculine with the feminine, so my clients experience the best of both worlds. There are no guarantees, but investing in coaching just might be the best gift you’ve ever given yourself! READ WHAT OTHER CLIENTS SAY… _“You are so generous with your time.
