I earnestly follow the blog of brother M. HUSSAIN . I found this interesting report he recently published on his blog about the coming Ramadan (2014). I am sure you will find this report insightful and reflect upon it. ==================== I don’t generally do this but it seems important that I get the word out. What I am about to say may make you think I’ve lost my mind a bit, but I ask you to consider the evidence and then draw your own conclusions. There is a VERY INTERESTING HADITH that sounds exactly like a nuclear attack (from Kitab-Al-Fitan), Nuaimbin Hammad:
Nuaim reports via Abdallah Ibn Masood that the Messenger of Allah(PBUH) said:
_“When there is a scream in Ramadan, then there will be bloodshed in Shawwal, and the tribes will form groups in Dhul-Qi’dah, and blood will be spilt in Dhul-Hijjah, and al-Muharram! What will happen in al-Muharram?” saying it three times, “Indeed, indeed! The people will be killed in a greatmassacre”._
We said: “What is the scream, O Messenger of Allah?” He said: _“This will be in the middle of Ramadhan, on a Friday morning. That will be when the month of Ramadan begins on a Friday night. There will be a blast that will awaken one who is asleep, and bring the young women out of their rooms, on a Friday nightduring a year of many earthquakes and severe cold.”_ Nuaim reports via Abdallah Ibn Masood that the Messenger of Allah(PBUH) said:
_“During Ramadan there will be a sign in the sky, as a bright pillar of light, and in Shawal a catastrophe, and in Dhul Qada many perishing, and in Dhul Hijja the Pilgrims are plundered, and what will make thee understand what Moharam will hold…_ _A devastating sound will be heard in Ramadan, and a commotion in Shawal, and in Dhul Qada conflict between the tribes, and that year the Pilgrims will be plundered and a great confrontation will unfold at Mina with many killed and much blood spilled as they stand on the rock of Al Aqaba. If the blast occurs in Ramadan, then there will be commotion in Shawal…_ _We asked what is the blast, oh messenger of Allah, and he said: a strong blastof sound in the middle of Ramadan on a Friday night. This blast will wake the sleeping and knock down the standing, and move the aged women from their shelter on a Friday night of a year that will witness many earthquakes.”_ Al-Hakim narrated from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet (saws) thathe said:
_“There will be a blast in Ramadan that will awaken one who is asleep and terrify one who is awake. Then there will appear a group in Shawwal, then bloodshed in Dhul-Hijjah, then the prohibitions will be violated in Al-Muharram, then there will be death in Safar, then the tribes will conflict with each other in Rabi, then the most amazing thing will happen between Jumada and Rajab. Then a well-fed she-camel will be better than a castle sheltering a thousand._ The prophet talks about a “Blast” with a “devastating sound” that will “awaken the one who is asleep and knock down the standing” and which will appear as a “sign in the sky, a brightpillar of light”.
DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A “SIGN IN THE SKY”, A “BRIGHT PILLAR OFLIGHT” ?
People often use the expression “bright pillar of light (or fire)” to describe a nuclear explosion. Compare the expressions used in the following testimony of a Hiroshima survivor describing the blast, with the expressions used by the prophet (saws) to describe the blast mentioned in the hadiths. – Testimony of Yasuhiko Taketa, a survivor of Hiroshima, who describes the blast: ” On the morning of August 6, when I was thinking about what I was going to do that day, my mother asked me to deliver some miso (bean paste) to my sister (second daughter), who had moved to Hiroshima when she got married. I wasn’t very happy about having to do that errand, but I headed for the train station. I remember looking up at the blue sky during my walk to the station, and thinking, “It’s going to be another hot day.” The air-raid siren went off, so I turned around and went back home. My mother scolded me, so I set out once again for the station, but the train had already departed. I sat on the railing at the ticket gate to wait for the next train. When I thought it should be coming in at any moment, I looked at the station clock. It read a little after 8:10 a.m. All of a sudden, there was a dazzling flash of light, brighter even than the sun. For a while, I was blinded. The station building and the tracks looked bluish-white, as though magnesium were being burned in front of the station. Seconds later, I heard an earsplitting roar, the sound of a massive explosion. My ears were ringing. The ground trembled under my feet, and all the buildings in the area were shaking. Window panes were blown out and shattered. I was knocked hard onto my back, and thought that my bowels were going to burst out of my abdomen. My forehead felt hot, and I unconsciously touched it with my hand. When I looked at the sky over Hiroshima, I saw a tiny, glittering, white object, about the size of a grain of rice, tinged with yellow, and red, which soon grew into a monstrous fireball. It was travelling in my direction, and I felt as though it was going to envelop me. I was paralyzed with fear and shock, so much so that I had trouble breathing. I tried to escape, but realized that was impossible. I took shelter under a nearby bench. I was terrified by the booming sounds I heard, thinking that enemy planes were strafing the city. Then the noise stopped. Cautiously, I crawled out of my hiding place and looked around. I saw an enormous, bright red pillar of fire (I was told later that it measured 200 metersin diameter and rose 10,000 meters in the air), which increased in size minute by minute, reachinghigh in the sky.
From the ground up, the pillar of fire rose toward the sky, with tremendous force. Sometimes it was hollow at the center. At other times, broiling, leaping flames blew out of the center. The sight was so horrifying that I can find no words to describe it. An army officer standing on the platform, surveying the area with binoculars, told me that the ammunition dump at the armory had been hit. Within minutes, one atomic bomb had transformed the entire city of Hiroshima, now under that huge fireball, into a sea of flames. I never imagined that a weapon could create a gruesome, miserable livinghell.”
The Prophet (saws) describes a “Blast”: – With a “devastating sound”: From Yasuhiko’s testimony: “I heard an earsplitting roar, the sound of a massive explosion. My ears were ringing. I was terrified by the booming sounds I heard.” – Will “wake the sleeping and knock down the standing”: From Yasuhiko’s testimony: “I was knocked hard onto my back” – Will appear as a “sign in the sky, a bright pillar of light”: From Yasuhiko’s testimony: “I saw an enormous, bright red pillar of fire (I was told later that it measured 200 meters in diameter and rose 10,000 meters in the air), which increased in size minute by minute, reaching high in the sky. From the ground up, the pillar of fire rose toward the sky, with tremendous force.” (the above analysis was taken from: HERE)
So we see that the Prophet (peace be upon him), if this hadith is right, is miraculously predicting a nuclear attack. This makes the hadith very authentic in my view because of the mathan principle. If this hadith is correct, and we are in fact looking for (along with the other major signs, (almost) all of which have come true already) thefollowing signs:
1. A year where before Ramadan there is a very cold winter. 2. A Ramadan which starts on a Friday night3. Many earthquakes
I find it very interesting that this year, which started in November 2013 in the Hijri calendar, has been unusually cold, so much so that it has been snowing in the Arab world, something truly rare. At the same time, Ramadan is starting on a Friday night…Or is it?
Now, the calculations for Makkah, for the starting of Ramadan on a Friday night is a pretty well-established mathematical calculation. Mathematical calculations don’t change overnight. We have here: http://www.islamicfinder.org/Hcal/hdate_year.php?year=2014&base=g Showing Ramadan starting this year on a Friday night. Yet, someone it seems has been playing around with the mathematics of it. If you search around, you’ll find hosts of websites now showing Ramadan starting on a Saturday night… So we have two of the three above signs in play this year. Plus we have so many others not connected to this hadith (which would be too long a list to go into here, but if you know what I am talking about, you probably know at least some of them already). I understand that rationally there is a probability of this being the year, however big or small. I’m not saying this is the year when WWIII starts and there is a nuclear war. But if my interpretation is correct, I want to simply warn everyone of this strange conjunction of prophecies and to at least be aware. And Allah knows best. I’ll be spending my Ramadan in the remotestplace I can find.
I just don’t want this to weigh in on me that I knew about this information and didn’t tell my brothers and sisters in Islam, and in humanity about it. Now I have, and may Allah guide us all. Everything that is good in this is from Allah, and everything that is wrong or misplaced is only from myself.Sallam.
M. Hussain.

THE JAPANESE SCIENTIST’S DISCOVERIES OF THE SECRETS OFZAMZAM WATER!!!

Science, at a very later stage, reveals new secrets about Zamzam water and the way it is influenced by the verses of the Glorious Quran. YOU WILL BE STUNNED!! READ THIS!! We have recently realized the value of the use of amulets. It has been scientifically proven that water is affected by what is recited over it. Japanese scientist MASARU EMOTOhas had a unique
experience. He said that he had read in a book that each snowflake falling from the sky is unique. He said that his scientific instincts told him that this was not true. The geometric shape of the snowflake is determined by its chemical composition. The composition of water is well known – two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. So how come snowflakes that fall from the sky are different from one another? He said: “I was determined to prove that this theory was false.” He built a laboratory, consisting of a deep freezer with a regulator, because no liquid, subjected to sudden freezing, can assume a geometric shape. The freezing must be slow, so the atoms have the chance to crystallize into the shape decreed by God. There was a deep freezer with a regulator, a cold room at the temperature of -7°C, and several microscopes equipped with cameras, so he could photograph the snowflake before it melted. The scientists working in this room wore warm clothing. He said: “I took samples from two faucets in the laboratory, I froze them, and each sample gave me a different snowflake. The samples came from two different wells, two different rivers, from two different lakes. I almost went crazy and thought thiswas witchcraft.”
A Saudi student at the University of Tokyo happened to meet him, and asked him what was wrong. Masaru told him his problem. The student said to him: “We have blessed water, called Zamzam water. I will give you a sample of this water so you can experiment on it. Zamzam water is not affected by witchcraft or Jinns, so using it can prove or disprove the whole theory.” Emoto took a sample of Zamzam water, and said: “I couldn’t crystallize it, even by diluting the water by 1,000.” In other words, he turned one cubic centimeter into oneliter.
He said that when he diluted the water by 1,000 and froze it, he got a uniquely-shaped crystal. Two crystals were formed, one on top of the other, but they assumed a unique form. When he asked his Muslim colleague why there were two crystals, he told him it was because “Zamzam” is composed of two words: “Zam” and “Zam.” Masaru Emoto said: “My Muslim colleague offered to recite Quranic verses over the water. He brought a tape-recorder and played some Quranic verses, and we got the most perfectly-shaped crystals. Then he played the 99 names of Allah (The Almighty). Each name produced a uniquely-shaped crystal. When Dr. Emoto completed these experiments, which lasted 15 years, he published a five-volume book called “MESSAGES FROM WATER“.
He wrote: “I have proven that water, that peculiar liquid, is capable of thinking, fathoming, feeling, getting excited, and expressing itself.” Following was written Dr. Masaru Emoto: The quality/purity of Zamzam water has, will not be find any where else in the water on this earth. He used the technology named NANO, and researched a lot on Zamzam water. And found out that if one drop of Zamzam water mix in 1000 drops of regular water, regular water will get the same quality likeZamzam water.
He also found that a mineral in one drop of Zamzam water has its own importance that will not be find any other water on this earth. He also found in some tests that the quality or ingredients of Zamzam water can not be changed, why, science does not know the reason. Even he re-cycled the Zamzam water, but no change it was still pure. This scientist also found out that, the Muslims say BISMILLAH before eating/drinking. He says that after saying BISMILLAH on regular water, there are some strange changes happened in the quality of regular water. That make it best water. He also found out that if some one recites the Quran on regular water, it gets the ability for the treatment of different diseases. Subhan’Allah!!! Surely this is a Miracle of Allah’s.. ZamZam water level is around 10.6 feet below the surface. It is the miracle of Allah that when ZamZam was pumped continuously for more than 24 hours with a pumping rate of 8,000 liters per second, water level dropped to almost 44 feet below the surface, BUT WHEN THE PUMPING WAS STOPPED, the level immediately elevated again to 13 feetafter 11 minutes.
8,000 liters per second means that 8,000 x 60 = 480,000 liters per minute 480,000 liters per minutes means that 480,000 x 60 = 28.8 Million liters per hour And 28.8 Million liters per hour means that 28,800,000 x 24 = 691.2 Million liters per day So they pumped 690 Millions liters of Zamzam in 24 hours, but it was re-supplied in 11 minutes only. There are 2 miracles here, the first that Zamzam was re-filled immediately, & the second is that Allah Holds the extra-ordinarily powerful Aquifer for not throwing extra Zamzam out of the well, otherwise the world will SINK. Allah says in the Holy Quran; “We will soon show them Our signs in the Universe and in their own souls, until it will become quite clear to them that it is the truth. Is it not sufficient as regards your Lord that He is a witness over all things?” (41:53) Courtesy Facebook Page PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAW) – THE LAST AND GREATEST OF ALL PROPHETS.SHARE THIS:

WHAT MADE SONNY BILL WILLIAMS TO CONVERT TO ISLAMNOVEMBER 28, 2013

It was in the cave of Hira that the prophet Muhammad received the first revelation of the Quran. For rugby’s original wild child Sonny Bill Williams, meeting a Tunisian family who lived with their five children in a one-bedroom flat in the south of France proved pivotal to his conversion to Islam. The New Zealander’s unshakeable belief in the Almighty has proved to be the making of one of the island nation’s most gifted — and controversial — sports stars. “I was real close with them, and I saw how happy and content they were. And to see how they lived their lives, it was just simple,” Sonny Bill Williams, a prodigious rugby talent, professional boxer and tattooed poster boy, tells CNN’s Human to Hero series. “One thing I’ve learned over my career is that simplicity is the key. On the field, off as well.” “I’ve become a true Muslim,” added Williams. “It’s giving me happiness. It’s made me become content as a man, and helped me to grow. I’ve just got faith in it and it has definitely helped me become the man I am today.”FINDING SIMPLICITY
Williams became the youngest player to be signed by an NRL team, winning his first Grand Final as an 18-year-old with the Canterbury Bulldogs in 2004, and was the youngest to represent New Zealand’sKiwis league side.
“I grew up as a Christian, like many Polynesians do, and moving to Australia suddenly when I was 15, I learned a lot about Muslimfaith,” he says.
It was in Toulon where, having fled Australia under threats of lawsuits from his jilted employer, his conversion to Islam wasrealized.
Having to adhere to the rule of Ramadan fasting has given him a new perspective on some of the things we take for granted. “When you do Ramadan and you go for the whole month, you’re that much more appreciative of being able to eat food and drink water — that’s what it’s designed to do,” he says. But faith in the divine can only do so much, he says — the rest isup to you.
“To be the best you definitely have to have some God-given talents, but you also have to have the drive and the will and the dedication,” Williams explains. “Simplicity is the key and I just try to keep things as simple as I can. But I never lose that one thing that’s got me there — that’s drive, working hard, doing all the little things, ticking allthe boxes.”

When Prophet Ibrahim upon him peace built the kabah walls, Allah almighty ordered him to loudly announce that people should come for Hajj. He remarked saying how far would his voice reach to which Allah Almighty replied: make the announcement and I shall make your voice reach people. So he announced: oh people! Allah has made Hajj obligatory upon you at the ancient house ‘albayt alateeq’. Everything in between the heavens and earth heard this announcement. (Ibn Abi Hatim, Ibn Jurayj) This announcement reached each and every soul. This is the reason why hajees go to hajj replying to the call of Prophet Ibrahim saying “labbayk Allahumma labbayk”. Allah Almighty reminds us of the call of Ibrahim (Nida Ibrahim) in the Noble Quran (23:27). 2. The first creation to perform Hajj before humans were the angels.(Sharh Lubab)
3. All Prophets after Ibrahim alayhissalam performed Hajj. 4. Prophet Adam alayhissalam and many other prophets before Ibrahim alayhissalam also perform Hajj with exception of Prophets Hud and Salih as they were too busy in the matters of their people. (Irshad al-Sari) 5. Our Noble Prophet sallAllahu alayi wasallam performed many Hajj before and after proclamation of prophethood however he only performed one Fardh Hajj that was made obligatory in his shariah. 6. Hajj was made obligatory upon this ummah the 9th year of migration to Madina according to the most preferred opinion. (Rad al-Muhtar). 7. Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddique Allah be pleased with him was appointed the first ameer of Hajj that year (9th hijri). He and Sayyiduna Ali were ordered to announce there that no mushrik was to be allowed to perform Hajj any longer and that none should make tawaf uncovered as was the pagan norm. (Irshad alsari) 8. Our Noble Prohet sallAllahu alayhi wasallam did not perform Hajj that year. Imam Haskafi and others mentioned that He knew that He would live the year after (10th) to perform Hajj! (Durr Mukhtar) One reason was that he did not want to join Hajj whilst infidels werestill in control.
9. Our Prophet sallAllahu alayhi wasallam performed only 1 fardh Hajj during his entire life, a few months before his demise in the 10th year of migration. It became known as the farewell hajj (hajjatul wada). Over 100,000 Muslims gathered at this historic event. Some even travelled from Yemen to attend. It is narrated in Sahih Muslim about this very Hajj that our Beloved Prophet distributed his hair among thecompanions.
10. Makkah is called ummul Qura ‘mother of all cities’ in the Quran because Allah almighty started the creation of the earth from makkah. Land was spread from Makkah from which mountains were also formed the first of them was jabal Abu qubays that is near the kabah hence called ‘mother of mountains’. (Sharh Lubab) 11. Makkah is called Bakkah in the Quran (3:96) where the kabah is described as the first house placed by Allah Almighty for the worshipof humankind.
Bakkah is one of the names of Makkah. It holds possible different meanings: this area ‘lowers’ the necks of arrogant people or that honourable people ‘gather’ there. One opinion is that Bakkah is the exact area where the kabah stands whilst the rest of the city is called Makkah. (Irshad al-Sari) 12. It is narrated that before Prophet Adam upon him peace, there stood a building in the exact area of the kabah that was called ‘duraah’. It was lifted right above this area in the heavens and is also called albayt almamur. Albayt almamur is the kabah of angels on the seventh heaven where our Prophet alayhissalam met his grandfather Ibrahim alayhissalam on the night of ascention (meraj) who was reclining on the wall of albayt almamur. 13. Prophet Adam alayhissalam was ordered to circumambulate the kabah and during the storm of Prophet Nuh alayhissalam, this building was lifted to the heavens the second time to the fourth heaven. (SharhLubab)
14. Kabah in reality is the name of the area/space (fada) of the building/walls therefore if in any case the building does not remain tawaf around the space and prayer in direction of the space would still be valid! (sharh lubab) 15. The space directly above and directly below the building of the kabah is also a part of the kabah. Directly above it in the 7th heaven is the kabah of angels albayt almamur. 16. Therefore if somebody prays on the roof of the masjid or on a mountain, he would still be considered to be facing the kabah though the building would be below. However it is disliked in the Hanafi School to go to the roof of the masjid alharam (for tawaf or salah) and all mosques without necessity. 15. If someone prayed salah inside the kabah, he can face any direction as he would be facing the kabah anyway. 16. The area of hateem (external wall around the kabah to one side) is also called Hijr Ismail. It is narrated the Prophet Ismail and his blessed mother Hajir are buries here. In fact there is a narration that this is the resting place of 70 Prophets. This area is a part of the original foundation of the kabah so whoever prayers in this area in fact is praying inside the Kabah. 17. Have you thought why are people circulating the Kabah infront of others who are praying? Is it not a sin to pass infront of a person praying? The answer: tawaf is like prayer hence these people are as though they are a row of praying people infront of other people in prayer. (Sharh Lubab) 18. The sabab/cause of prayer is the time so when it enters salah becomes fardh. The sabab of Hajj is the Kabah, the house of Allah almighty. 19. On the day of Eid al-Adha when every Muslim is parying eid salah, the Haji in Mina does not pray eid. There is no eid prayer for thehaji.
20. There is a fardh of Hajj that if were not performed by the magrib time of the 12th of Dhulhijjah can be performed at anytime of one’s lifetime. In other words, one fardh of hajj can be performed outside the months of Hajj: that is Tawaf al-Ziyara. 21. If however a married person did not perform tawaf alziyarah and returned home, physical relation with his wife would remain haram upon him until he does not return to Makkah and perform this tawaf, even if that is after 20 years! So make sure that you do not miss this tawafif you are married!
22. The honour of the kabah is amazing. One is still several miles away but must enter the state of Ihram at his point of entry (meeqaat) out of respect for entering the land that is attached (nisbat) with the kabah! Not just Makkah city (area of Haram) but all of its surrounding area (called “hill” in Arabic) also is honourable. Now imagine the honour of the peice of land where the kabah itself stands. , Sword of Allah
I know you would say you love Khalid ibn Walid R.A – But read below and Start Loving Him More. Khalid ibn Walid R.A (592-642) also known as Sword of Allah (Saifullah). He is noted for his military prowess, commanding the forces of Prophet Muhammad SAWW and those of his immediate successors of the Rashidun Caliphate; Caliph Abu Bakr R.A and Caliph Umar R.A during the Islamic conquest in 7th century. In having the distinction of being undefeated in over a hundred battles against the numerically superior forces of the Byzantine Roman Empire, Sassanid Persian Empire, and their allies, he is regarded as one of the finest military commanders in history. Quotes of Khalid Bin Waleed (R.A) “Do you see a space of the span of a hand on my leg, chest, arm which is not covered by some scar of the wound of a sword or an arrowor a lance?”
Said this to one of his friend few days before he died, four years after dismissal from army. “If you were in the clouds, Allah would raise us to you or lower you to us for battle.” Said this to the Byzantine troops when they retreated from the battle field to the fortified town of Chalcis. “When I am in the battlefield, I love it more then when I am in myhouse.”
“The rainy night when I am standing wearing armor with sword and shield in my hand and looking again and again towards the eastern horizon, waiting for sun to rise so that I could start the battle.” Said this after getting dismissed from army by Caliph Umar in 638 A.D. “Submit to Islam and be safe. Or agree to the payment of the Jizya, and you and your people will be under our protection, else you will have only yourself to blame for the consequences, for I bring the men who desire death as ardently as you desire life.” This letter was writen by Khalid to Persian Governor of Mesopotamiabefore invading it.
“When Allah decides a matter, it is done.” “I have dedicated my life to the way of Allah, Most High.” “Man intends one thing, but Allah intends another.” “The earth destroys its fools, but the intelligent destroy theearth.”
“If you are truthful you will survive. If you lie you shallperish.”
“I am the noble warrior, I am the Sword of Allah, I am Khalid bin AlWaleed.”
These were the famous verses that Khalid use to recite in the battlefield.
“I am the son of many chiefs. My sword is sharp and terrible. It is the mightiest of things When the pot of war boils fiercely.” “I am the pillar of Islam! I am the Companion of the Prophet! I am the noble warrior, Khalid bin Al Waleed!” “I will give you three days, if the gates are not opened on these revised terms, I shall attack. And then there shall be no terms of anykind.”
“I am the son of Al Walid ! Will anyone duel?” “By my faith, the water will go to whichever army is more steadfast and more deserving.” Said this before the decisive Battle of Walaja, when Muslim army ranshort of water.
“O Lord! If you give us victory, I shall see that no enemy warrior is left alive until their river runs with their blood!” Said this during Battle of Ullais which is also known as Battle ofblood river.
“At Battle of Mu’tah I broke nine swords in my hand. But I have never met an enemy like the Persians. And among the Persians I have never met an enemy like the army of Battle of Ullais.” Gave tribute to the brave Persian soldiers after the bloody Battle ofUllais.
“Wait a while; there will come to you mounts, carrying lions in shining armor, battalions followed by battalions.” Wrote this letter to Ayaz bin Ghanam who asked him for reinforcement while fighting against the rebel Arab tribes in northern Arabia. “I see that these people know nothing about war.” Said this about Persian and Christian Arab recruits in Persian army after analysing the siege of An al Tamar in Iraq. “We shall take this route; let not your resolve be weakened. Know that the help of Allah comes according to your desire. Let not the Muslims fear anything so long as they have the help of Allah.” Said this when one of his commander tried to stop him from taking a dangerous rout direct to Syria from Iraq through Syrian desert and said that ..You cannot take this route with an army. By Allah, even a lone traveler would attempt it at the peril of his life. It involves five days of extreme hardship without a drop of water and the ever-present danger of losing the way. “But for the necessity of obeying the orders of the Caliph, I would never have accepted this command over you. You are much higher than me in Islam. I am a Companion of the Prophet, but you are one whom the Messenger of Allah had called ‘the trusted one of this nation.” Said this to Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah while taking over from him the command of Muslim army in Syria, in reply Abu Ubaidah said… I have received with gladness the letter of Abu Bakr appointing you commander over me. There is no resentment in my heart, for I know your skill inmatters of war.
“Take her as a gift, there shall be no ransom. ” Said this while handing over the daughter of Emperor Heraclius who was captured after Battle of Maraj al debaj in which Heraculus’s son-in-law Thomas, was killed in duel with Khalid. Heraclius wrote following letter to Khalid… “I have come to know what you have done to my army. You have killed my son-in-law and captured my daughter. You have won and got away safely. I now ask you for my daughter. Either return her to me on payment of ransom or give her to me as a gift, for honour is a strong element in your character’.” “Praise be to Allah who decreed death upon Abu Bakr, who was more beloved to me than Umar. Praise be to Allah who gave authority to Umar, who was less beloved to me than Abu Bakr, and compelled me tolove him.”
Said this some time before his death, Caliph Abu Bakr made him commander in chief of army. while Caliph Umar dismissed Khalid from army. Though relations of Khalid with his cousin Umar always remained something short of cordial, but magnificent and just rule of Umar impressed Khalid a lot and he on his death bequeathed his property to `Umar and made him the executor of his will and estate. “May Allah have mercy upon Abu Bakr! Had he lived, I would not have been removed from command.” Said this on the death of [[w:Abu Bakr|Caliph Abu Bakr, when his successor Caliph Umar dismissed Khalid from command and made Abu Ubaidah, the new commander in chief. “If Abu Bakr is dead and Umar is Caliph, then we hear and obey.” Said this After the death of Abu Bakr. “By Allah, if you were to appoint a small child over me, I would obey him. How could I not obey you when you are far above me in Islam and have been named the Trusted One by the Prophet? I could never attain your status. I declare here and now that I have dedicated my life to the way of Allah, Most High.” Said this to Abu Ubaidah, after being removed from command by CaliphUmar for no reason.
“These Romans were the bravest that I had ever met.” Gave tribute to the Byzantine soldiers after winning Battle of Emesa. “How few are the Romans and how numerous are we ! ‘An army’s strength lies not in numbers of men but in Allah’s help, and its weakness lies in being forsaken by Allah” Said this to one of his soldier at Battle of Yarmouk who said that ..How numerous are the Romans and how few are we. “I protest to the Muslims against what you have done. By Allah, you have been unjust to me, O Umar!” Said this to Caliph Umar who dismissed him from army in 638. Caliph Umar RA removed Khaled bin Walid R.A from the army because Umar R.A is afraid that people might start to think that Khalid R.A is the cause of victory and might forget that victory come from Allah SWT. “Umar appointed me over Syria until it turned to wheat and honey; then dismissed me!” Said this to his wife after bneing removed from army. “Praise be to Allah who took Abu Bakr R.A away. He was dearer to me than Umar R.A. Praise be to Allah who appointed Umar R.A in authority He was hateful to me, but I grew to like him.” “And here I am, dying in my bed, like cattle die. May the eyes of cowards never sleep.” Please Share with Friends … JazakAllah Khair Courtesy Facebook Page: SULTAN SALAHUDDIN AYUBISHARE THIS:

GEMS OF WISDOM BY AMEER AL-MU’MINEEN THE TEACHINGS OF SAYYIDUNA ‘UMAR AL-FAROOQ RADI ALLAHU TA’ALA ANHO * To eat less is healthy, to speak less is wisdom, and to sleep lessis worship.
* To speak less is wisdom, to eat less is healthy and to mingle less with the people is safe and serene. * The one who steps back will not progress. * Nothing is worst that avarice that destroys the mind, not evenAlcohol.
* It is unbecoming of that person who sits with his hands folded and prays to ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala for sustenance. ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala does not rain down gold and silver from the heavens. * To earn a suspicious living is worse than begging. * The biggest gift after Iman (Faith) is your wives. * Attain knowledge before old age settles in. * Extravagance is also when a person eats whatever he wishes. * Whosoever hides his secret keeps his safety, safeguarded withhimself.
* The person who calls himself learned, indeed he is ignorant, and the one who calls himself from the dwellers of Paradise surely he is from the dwellers of Hell. * Tawbatun-NasooHa (Accepted forgiveness) is the name of that forgiveness that is asked for a bad deed committed, in such a manner that he never returns to or commits that bad deed again. * The Strength in action is, never to put of what you can do todayfor tomorrow.
* It is not becoming of a Muslim to sit down and start praying for sustenance without attempting to earn it, he is well aware that gold and silver does not rain from the skies. * If it wasn’t for the claim of knowledge of the unknown then I would say five people are from the dwellers of Paradise: > * That family man who is poverty stricken but is patient > * That women with whom her husband is happy and accepting. > * That woman who forgives he husband’s duty of Mehr (Dowry > approved by Muslim law) > * That person with whom his parents are Happy > * And that person who honestly repents from his sins * Once a sheep was slaughtered and Syeduna ‘Umar al-Farooq Radi ALLAHu Ta’ala Anho persistently asked his servant if he had first sent meat to his neighbour who was a Jew. The slave asked why you are asking the same question persistently. He answered that ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala and his Rasūl Sallallaho Alaihi wa Sallam had constantly stressed the importance of neighbors therefore I too am persistent in stressing the same. * Three things build love: > * To make Salam (greeting) > * To make space for a person in a gathering > * To address a person in a respectable and good manner * There are four types of Regrets: > * Regret that spans over a day e.g. When a person leaves his home> without eating.
> * Regret that spans over a year, just like the negligence shown > when cultivating. > * Regret that spans over a lifetime, when a man and his wife are > unsuited to each other. > * Regret that is eternal, which is when your Creator is unhappy> with you.
* There are three types of people: > * Successful: he who listens to the advice of people and ponders> over it.
> * Lazy or Lethargic: he who does what he wants without > consultation or advice of people. > * Corpse: who neither gives nor listens to advice and consolation. * Sayyiduna ‘Umar Radi ALLAHu Ta’ala Anho on many an occasion asked this du’a (supplication) to ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala so that certain situations should always remain with him and some things should be removed, the Du’a is: “O ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala! Make me such that I may speak with intellect or reap tolerance with silent. O! ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala do not bestow upon me too many favours, so that I may not be confused by it, not too little that I may forget You. Hence, little yet sufficient in comparison to having plenty thereby becoming indulgent and committing sin.” * If ever you see a learned person (‘Aalim) leaning towards this World, then know this he is blameworthy for his Religion, because the universal harm is that if a person desires something then he is constantly engrossed in its quest. * Faith (Iman) is to regard the Oneness of ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala in ones heart proclaim it with your tongue and to obey the fundamental Islamic Instructions. * The relationship of true humility and genuine fear of ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala is with the heart and not by a show of outwardactions.
* Why have you made slaves of those whose mothers had given birth tothem free?
* Judgments or Settlements in any cases should be done quickly, so that the accused, due to a prolonged period of time are not compelled to withdraw their accusation. * It is absolutely necessary not to associate with a beast for though he wishes or means well, yet he would still be accused ofcommitting a crime.
* ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala, shower your Blessings of Mercy on that person who informs me of my faults. * When a learned man takes a false step then he ensnares himself in a World of wrongdoings. * One day a man was praising Hadrat ‘Umar Radi ALLAHu Ta’ala Anho, he replied by saying why are you destroying me even more with mydesires (Nafs).
* I do not look at anything, except, that I see everything with ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala. * If I die in this condition that I have strived to earn an honest living then it is more beloved to me than even dying as a Martyr. * Good behavior towards people is equivalent to wisdom, to request politely is half of knowledge, and to ascribe to sound policies is half of one’s livelihood. * To educate a material person is like placing a sword in the handsof a robber.
* Do not have Faith in a person’s compassion and politeness when he cannot keep his anger under control. * Do not have Faith in a religious person who is not tested duringtemptation.
* He is a friend who brings to your attention your faults and to sing praises of a person in his presence is similar to slaughteringhim.
* Laughing decreases ones age, while politeness, glamour, pomp and show which ease living standards are indications of people who areunaware of death.
* To show greed and avarice is impoverishing, to be unselfish is enriching and to wish compensation in patience. * Good deeds are the fulfillment of one’s rights and to do good deeds is a substitute for bad deeds. * To speak less is wisdom, to eat less is healthy, to sleep less is a prayer and there is peace in solitude. * Youth before old age and old age before death is a blessing oflife.
* A generous person is the beloved of Almighty ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala even though he is a transgressor. A miser is the enemy of Almighty ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala although he may pray and remember Almighty ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala excessively. * To forgive an oppressor is oppression upon the oppressed. * When you combine lawful with unlawful gains then the unlawful contaminates the lawful gains though it may be little. * A Mu’min does not keep as his friend one who is opposed to Almighty ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala and his Prophet Sallallaho Alaihi wa Sallam even though that person may be his mother or father. * The sound of music and that of a mourner are two of the worstsounds.
* There is tranquility and peace in anonymity and confidentiality. * We should leave the other nine portions out for the fear of Haram (unlawful). (i.e. if in ten portions one is Haram a Muslim would leave the other nine portions out meaning anything unlawful would be completely left out). * Desire is never achieved without fear, nor manners and etiquette without formality, or happiness without peace or wealth without gifts or poverty without contentment, or dignity without politeness or Jihad (holy war) without diving guidance and assistance. * Respite before preoccupation and old age before death is ablessing of life.
* Honour and dignity in this World is measured by wealth while honour and dignity in the Hereafter is measured by good deeds. * Save yourself from the Fires of Hell even if it means by doing a favour with half a date (fruit). If this too is not possible then withsweet words.
* After Iman (Faith), there is no greater gift than a pious wife. * Not to postpone is strength in action. * Whosoever shows you your faults, he is your friend. Those that pay you lip service in praise are your executioners. * One who guards his secrets is surely safe. * The person who constantly discloses my faults to me is dearest tome.
* Fear that person who you dislike. * When Sayyiduna ‘Umar Radi ALLAHu Ta’ala Anho camped on the outskirts of Jerusalem to conquer Bait al-Maqdas, the Christian Crusaders were terrified of his presence and requested a meeting with him before handing over the keys of the city. The Crusaders met him whilst he wore a patched garb. They asked him the reason as to why his name generated such immence awe and fear that captured the hearts of his enemies. He replied; “Your kings taught you to love the World (Duniyah) and its wealth and our Prophet Sallallaho Alaihi wa Sallam taught us to fear ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala and love death. * He is an intelligent person who can translate his actions intogood.
* Never put off for tomorrow what you can do today. * There is never a chance of pain in the neck if one does not raise his head too high in the air. * Do not forget about yourself whilst being concerned for others. * To stop sinning is easier than to bear the burden of seekingrepentance.
* Remove your gaze from the splendor of the World. Do not let the love of this World enter your heart. Beware! The love of this World does not perhaps destroy you, just as it had destroyed previousnations.
* Victory is gained through strategy and trust in ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala, not by wishful thinking. * The most intelligent amongst you is he who fears ALLAH SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala the most. * Be sympathetic towards the poor so that they may be able to speakand build courage.
* Extend a hand of friendship to a foreigner because if his stay is extended then he would leave his valuable possessions to return to his own country and leave that person responsible for his valuables who had been most worthy of his attention * Do not taunt and curse anyone for this gives rise to collectiveevils in a person.
* One should not judge a person by the number of Salaat (prayer) or Roza (fasting) but by his wisdom and honesty. * Prayer is connected to the heart not by mere apparent actions. * To educate a seeker of materialism is to place a sword in the hands of a highway robber. * Do not trust the character of one who cannot control his temper. * To laugh excessively is a sign of no remorse for death. * To side with the oppressor is oppression on the oppressed * Death is the best teacher.SHARE THIS:
