2B MINDSET REVIEW
2B Mindset vs 2 Week Diet. Let me show you the difference in the pricing. It’s plain to see how much more you get from the 2 Week diet. I’ve been on Brian’s diet for a full 2 week diet and for the first time in a long time, I’m having fun. The program is really easy to follow along and Brian keeps your motivation high! BODYBOSS METHOD REVIEW Bodyboss was a complete failure, and I’m not going to lie, I thought it might have been because of me. 2 weeks before I quit a workout isn’t great, and it’s totally possible that it was due to me being too weak. At least, these were the sort of thoughts running through myhead.,
GRACE FIT GUIDE REVIEW The program costs $43.00, after all. I didn’t think much about it, I decided to just jump in. That was perhaps my first mistake, not looking at what other women were saying about the guide as well. I figured since she looked good and was popular, that was enough for me.8 FIT REVIEW
The 8 Fit program works on a monthly subscription. You can either pay a monthly price, but you pay for a year upfront, or you can pay a 3-month price, and pay for 3 months upfront. The 1 year plan costs $59.95 USD, and the 3-month plan costs $29.99 USD! What! I know to some of you this may not sound expensive, but I live week-to-week on abudget.
KATY HEARN REVIEW
If you don’t already know, Katy Hearn has multiple subscription based services on her website. She has an APP, “Fit by Katy”, then her main Katy Fit Brand/Workouts, and then she does seasonal challenges as well. At first, I thought Katy’s programs were dirt cheap. The basic plan is $4.99 and includes the workouts and thenutrition guide.
SWORKIT REVIEW
I’m a single mother of two who recently decided to start the Sworkit app to get back in shape. I say “back in shape” that I was once in really good shape, but overtime and after a few pregnancies are started to let myself go a little bit. Not too much, just an understandable amount. Apparently, my husband was not theunderstanding type.
EMILY SKYE FIT REVIEW Enough was enough. I turned to fitness boards and Instagram, looking for a solid workout and diet plan to help me get my weight under control. Eventually I came across Emily Skye, a fitness model, and noticed her incredibly following. After a few days of seeing her post about her FIT program, I was convinced. This was it.HOME - LITERATE OWL

2B Mindset vs 2 Week Diet. Let me show you the difference in the pricing. It’s plain to see how much more you get from the 2 Week diet. I’ve been on Brian’s diet for a full 2 week diet and for the first time in a long time, I’m having fun. The program is really easy to follow along and Brian keeps your motivation high!8 FIT REVIEW
I figured since she looked good and was popular, that was enough for me.SWORKIT REVIEW

2B MINDSET REVIEW: MY OPINION ON THE DIET GUIDE CONSIDERING TRYING THE 2B MINDSET DIET? Read this review before youspend your money!
Hi there! My name is Barbara, and I’m a single mother of 2little boys.
Life has been hectic ever since the day their father decided to leave us so he could chase after a younger, thinner version of me. I don’t want to go too far into details, but let’s just say the experience left me more than a little shaken. I was downright depressed, and turned to binge-eating as a way to cope with the breakup.
More over, I had this sort of idea that I was getting back at him in a way, by saying I didn’t care about my appearance, that I was fine with myself either way. Ultimately, that was a lie to myself, and more harmful to me than anyone else. Beyond gaining weight, I started to have an impact on my mental health. I was negative all the time. I had no energy after about 2 PM. I was dragging my feet through life. Eventually, I realized enough was enough! I wasn’t going to just sit around moping and dragging myself down because of my ex-huband’s actions. I needed to get back to who I used to be. I wanted to fit into a Bikini again. So I started searching for a good meal plan or diet to follow, which is how I eventually discovered the 2B Mindset, a newer program createdby Beachbody.
UPDATE: I found a much better alternative, and included my results since swapping to the new diet. If you’re interested, keep reading. It’s included at the bottom of this post. MY 2B MINDSET REVIEW I came across the 2B Mindset while through Beachbody’s various selections. They’ve created a lot of the most popular workouts and meal plans, including the 21 Day Fix, so I expected it to be prettyhigh quality.
In fact, I was so confident in their brand that I decided to purchase the program without doing further research. Big mistake! I would come to regret this not too much later, but let’s start with one of the main things I didn’t like about the program. The price!
This is an incredibly pricey diet to follow. I paid $119 for the BASIC package – the cheapest version. I even had to pay for shippingand handling!
To some of you, this may not be that much, but when you’re living week-to-week on a budget, it is. At that price, I expect a meal plan to come with a personal chef… Then, when you get into the actual content of the guide, you’re going to find yourself disappointed. Like, maybe if the eBook was groundbreaking it would be worth it in the end, but ultimately I was really let down by what I got. The advice is OK but it just generally comes out to telling you to eat a lot of veggies and drink lots of water. There’s not even a workoutthat comes with it.
It really just felt like information that could easily have been googled. I wanted something more personal and informative, but what I got was nothing new. MY INCOMPLETE 2B MINDSET RESULTS I tried to stick with it, but after a week I had enough of the 2B mindset. Maybe other women were really seeing better results, but for me it was just boring and bland and filled with a lot of fluff. Plus at that price I was really expecting something indepth, if you ask me just telling women to drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables isn’t something you charge $100+ for. The main appeal seems to be the way she has you do this by dividing up your plate, but even after you do that you get a sense that the whole meal plan was created around this one twist. I’m really not a fan, and overall my 2B Mindset results are obviously nothing to brag about since I stopped it so soon. I was really upset afterwards, so I went on the internet to complain and see if anyone else shared my sentiments. To my surprise, plenty of other women had felt ripped off by the diet… if only I had done myresearch sooner.
But ultimately, it worked out in the end. While I was venting on one of those dieting boards, one of the women recommended an alternative diet that I’ve since swapped to. THE 2B MINDSET ALTERNATIVE THAT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER… The diet that was suggested to me, that I looked up reviews for and found to be pretty solid, was the 2 Week Diet by Brian Flatt.
I wish I had found the 2 week diet way earlier in my weight loss journey…first of all, Brian Flatt’s guide is WAY cheaper than the 2B Mindset. Then, it also comes with an activity handbook, as well as a motivation PDF, which is way more than what I was getting with the2B Mindset.
And to top it all off, the 2 Week diet was only a fraction of the price of the 2B Mindset, costing ONLY $37.00. Visit Brian’s website at WWW.2WEEKDIET.COM for moreinformation.
2B MINDSET VS 2 WEEK DIET Let me show you the difference in the pricing. It’s plain to see how much more you get from the 2 Week diet. I’ve been on Brian’s diet for a full 2 week diet and for the first time in a long time, I’m having fun. The program is really easy to follow along and Brian keeps your motivation high! I’m actually enjoying the food I’m eating, which is more than I can say I got out of the 2B Mindset. With this, the foods are actuallydelicious.
I have a feeling my results with the 2B Mindset are going to be great! UPDATE: MY RESULTS SO FAR I’m back with an update on how far I’ve come following Brian Flatt’s diet plan!6 Months.
53 pounds.
A NEW ME!
This program has been absolutely life changing for me. I’m slimmer and no longer embarrassed about showing off my body here and there. I’m confident and more positive overall. I even wake up with energy now! I don’t get tired throughout theday!
I know this 2B Mindset review didn’t turn out how you might have expected it, but I didn’t intend to just be super negative about the 2B Mindset diet the whole time. It just really wasn’t for me. Maybe it will work better for other women. Ultimately, the main lesson I learned was the importance of finding the proper diet plan for you. For me, Brian Flatt’s 2 week diet met everything I needed and exceeded it, which is the only way I was able to achieve these results. Without it, I don’t even know where I would be. There you have it! I hope this blog has helped someone out there. And Brian Flatts, if you ever find this post, THANK YOU! Categories Review Leave acomment
SWORKIT REVIEW

SWORKIT REVIEW: MY DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE APP! CONSIDERING TRYING THE SWORKIT APP? Read this review before you spendyour money!
Hi there! My name is Barbara. I’m a single mother of two who recently decided to start the Sworkit app to get back in shape. I say “back in shape” that I was once in really good shape, but overtime and after a few pregnancies are started to let myself go a little bit. Not too much, just an understandable amount. Apparently, my husband was not the understanding type. I learned this the hard way after catching him in the act of hooking up with a younger, thinner model of me one afternoon after I came home earlyfrom work.
It was devastating. Follow that, we had a messy breakup which left me emotionally ruined. I was depressed and negative, and starting turning to bad habits and binge eating to feel better for myself. It was a terrible reaction, but I felt like I had very little control of anything else in my life… So the weight started packing on, and it just kept coming. I was honestly ballooning up. I started going up pants sizes and wearing clothing to cover up my body. I was simultaneously ashamed of what I was doing but had no desire to stop. Eventually I came to the realization that I was driving myself into a wall. I had to turn my life around, if not for my sake, then for my boys, who were starting to take after my eating habits and using it tojustify their own.
I was NOT going to let this beat me! So I turned to Google and began looking for a good workout plan or diet guide that could help me whip myself back into shape. And that’s how I encountered the Sworkit App. UPDATE: I found a much better alternative, and included my results since swapping to the new program. If you’re interested, keep reading. It’s included at the bottom of this post. MY SWORKIT APP REVIEW I came across Sworkit while I was searching on Instagram and Reddit. And to it’s credit – it had quite a following! Apparently the app had even managed to secure funding from Mark Cuban on the show Shark Tank. I was getting more and more excited as I kept reading, which unfortunately lead me to make a novice mistake. I bought the program without doing my own research. Looking back, this was definitely the part where I messed up. I got caught up in the hype, but I should have been more aware of how much of the fitness industry is built on smoke and mirrors. Impossible claims, edited photos, exaggerated transformations… it subsists on being able to fool busy men and women just glancing at programs. And it got me.
Now, I’m not trying to say that Sworkit was a terrible workout program. It was actually pretty decent if you ask me. It was just really boring and surprisingly bare. And not to mention EXPENSIVE! You get a trial, and after that you have to pay $79.99 for it! What’s worse is that it’s not even a one-time purchase, this is a SUBSCRIPTION! Maybe this isn’t a lot of money to some of you, but for someone who lives week-to-week on their paychecks, it’s a lot to me. The only reason I went ahead and bought the app was because I was convinced it was exactly what I needed to get my life back together. I was expecting it to be the end all be all of fitness programs. But overall it was just a simple guideline, with a lot of information that can be used on Google. And one more thing – don’t get me wrong, I’m a busy person. I think a lot of people are. But when an app tells me I can get a proper workout in FIVE MINUTES, I’m a little suspicious. It sounds like a pipe dream, something designed to just sell. Something that, in the long run, won’t really give you the results you’re looking for. Maybe this sounds harsh but I definitely don’t think you can change your life around with five minutes of light exercise, so something that advertises it as such is probably after your money, not your health! MY INCOMPLETE SWORKIT RESULTS I gave the program a week before I quit. The workouts were really boring and even a little imbalanced. I looked it up and someone mentioned they don’t have any pulling exercises, which is true. After doing more research, I learned you need a balance of “pulling” and “pushing” workouts to keep your body in sync. At the time I had no idea what this meant, but after doing more research it seemed to check out. But beyond this, I generally did not feel like this was a workout program you would see results with. Like I mentioned earlier, it was selling the “convenience” factor a little too hard. Do you really think you can drop 40 pounds if you do 5 minutes of exercise a day?Come on!
I may be gullible but I’m not THAT gullible! I was very frustrated with my experience with the app. I went back to Google, trying to see what other people were saying. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe I was impatient. To my surprise, I found other reviews from women who said similar things. Sworkit was just not that good of an app to stick with. Ugh! If only I had checked earlier! One of the women commenting recommended a different workout program as a better alternative, noting she swapped over to it and had seen way better results. I decided to do my research this time and check it out. Little did I know I would find the workout program I swear tonow…
THE SWORKIT ALTERNATIVE THAT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER… After Sworkit, I was only going to try out a program if it was:1. Affordable.
2. A one-time purchase. 3. Given good reviews! And the alternative that was recommended happened to meet all these boxes. It was the BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS BY JEN FERRUGGIA.
Jen is a fitness model with experience as a personal trainer — same story as a lot of these fitness program writers. But then I noticed she had a lot of good transformations on her website (something Sworkit lacked) and a ton of positive reviews. Then there’s the actual content of her program – which came with the manual, instructional workout videos, a completely FREE nutrition and diet guide, even shopping lists — all for a ONE-TIME purchase of $29.99! The Sworkit program offered LESS for a SUBSCRIPTION PRICEof $79.99!
UPDATE: Thanks to one of my readers, I found out you can get the program for even cheaper at HTTP://WWW.WORKINGDISCOUNTCODES.COM/BIKINI-BODY-WORKOUTS-COUPON/!
I’ve been on Jen’s program for 2 weeks now and I’m loving it. The only drawback is that it’s not exactly an “app” like Sworkit is, but instead a PDF guide with videos and etc. However, since I can put these things on my phone, I wasn’t really bothered by this. Some of you might be — but trust me, Jen’s guide is WORTH IT! In a way I’m really grateful to Sworkit, since it lead to me finding this program. I know this review has been negative, and maybe other people are fine with Sworkit as it. It just wasn’t the program forme.
Jen’s program is fun and enjoyable, and also has cleaned up my diet considerably. I’m starting to see changes on the scale, although I haven’t seen much impact physically yet. But I’m optimistic. I really think this is the workout I’ve been looking for. UPDATE: MY SIX MONTH RESULTS! Hi there. Did you miss me? I look a little different… Phew! What can I say? Jen’s workout has CHANGED MY LIFE! I wake up in the morning bounding with energy. My mood has improved drastically, I’m constantly positive and smiling. I can wear my old clothes again — in fact, I’m in better shape than I’ve everbeen.
I’ve even noticed some of my cellulite disappearing The bikini body workouts were exactly what I needed, and all I did was follow everything Jen instructed to the letter to see these results. As a beginner, this was exactly what I needed – a structured, rigorous guide from someone who actually cared about my health. I was motivated and focused throughout! I think I mentioned it a few months ago, but I especially loved THE BIKINI BODY NUTRITION GUIDE. I didn’t know nutritious foods could be this delicious! 8 FIT REVIEW
by Barbara
8 FIT REVIEW: MY DISAPPOINTMENT CONSIDERING TRYING THE 8 FIT PROGRAM OR 8 FIT APP? Read this review before you spend your money! Hi there! My name is Barbara. I’m a single mother of two who recently decided to start the 8 Fit app. My journey to this point was not a fun one. I caught my then-husband in the act of cheating on me with a younger model one night about ayear ago.
It was devastating. After that, we had a very messy break-up that left me really depressed. I turned to binge-eating and bad habits to tryand cope.
Lo and behold, I started packing on weight. And I couldn’t stop, I didn’t WANT to stop. It felt good to give into my indulgence. Eventually I realized that if I didn’t stop this reactionary habit, I was going to end up just hurting myself more and more in the long run. I didn’t want to go down that path, and I didn’t want to let that man have that much power of my life. So, I took to Google! I tried to look up well liked workout guides and meal plans to figure out one I could stick with, one that could help me get my body back to where it used to be. I wanted to be able to wear a bikini without being self-conscious. I wanted to be healthy again. This is what lead me to the 8Fit Workout. UPDATE: I found a much better alternative, and included my results since swapping to the new program. If you’re interested, keep reading. It’s included at the bottom of this post.MY 8 FIT APP REVIEW
I came across 8 Fit while searching on Instagram and Reddit. The program seemed to immediately have popularity, and some of the transformations looked really good too! Unfortunately, I started getting really excited by this, and then I made a very novice mistake. I went ahead and bought the program. Looking back, not doing my own research was the biggest error I made in this. I got too excited thinking I had found the perfect workout. Normally I’m much more conservative about choices like this, especially when money gets involved (just wait until I get into the cost of 8Fit…) but I really wanted to get back in shape! What! I know to some of you this may not sound expensive, but I live week-to-week on a budget. I would rather have paid $29.99 for a full workout plan up front, rather than paying for a monthlysubscription.
That said, I also couldn’t afford to stay unhealthy, so I went ahead adn took the plunge. Overall the 8 Fit program was… really not that great. I had really gotten my hopes, and was expecting the be all end all of workout programs when I got it. But ultimately it was just a really simple guide, with a lot of information that could be found on Google. It’s also filled with quite a bit of fluff just to pad the text and make you feel like you’re getting more than what you really are, which was disappointing. Yeah…I wanted more. MY INCOMPLETE 8 FIT APP RESULTS I tried to stick it out – I really did! But after a week I had it with the 8 Fit program. I quit. No offense to the creators, but I just found it really boring and definitely overpriced, not at all something I would want to pay a subscription for. To me, a workout guide should be something a little more informative and personal. This just felt bare-bones. Maybe other women will be fine with this but I wanted something more geared for beginners! I was frustrated with this experience, but I still wanted to try and lose weight. So I decided to go back on Google again, and figure out what other women were saying about the 8 Fit app. To my surprise, there were a few other people who had similar experiences and left negative reviews of 8 Fit. I was a little upset that I hadn’t taken the time to do the research before I bought it, but I couldn’t blame the creators on that. That was all me! If only I had looked up other opinions before I bought it… Luckily, after I vented about my own experience, one of the women who had bought 8 Fit and not seen great results recommended another program to me. That ended up being the program I would later swap to and use to GREAT result. THE 8 FIT ALTERNATIVE THAT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER… I was upside with my experience with 8Fit, so I made a pact to try out this new program unless it was:1. Affordable.
2. A one-time purchase. 3. Given good reviews! This time I was going to do my research!! But to my surprise, I found all 3 of these in the program that was recommended to me – The BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS BY JEN FERRUGGIA.
Jen Ferruggia is a fitness model who has experience as a personal trainer, which I think explains why so many women have seen great results and had good transformations with her program. This accounted for the positive reviews I noticed. But then I looked into the actual content (not going to seduced once more). Jen’s program came with the manual, instructional workout videos, a completely FREE nutrition and diet guide, even shopping lists — all for a ONE-TIME purchase of $29.99! The 8 Fit program offered LESS for a SUBSCRIPTION PRICE of $29.99! The comparison was a no-brainer.
The workout guide is really easy to follow and the instructional videos give it that personal touch I was missing from 8Fit. Plus, even the meal plan is great, with lots of healthy and nutritious food that also manages to be delicious. In a way I’m really grateful for 8Fit, because if I hadn’t had that negative experience I might have never stumbled upon Jen’sworkout.
I’m anticipating that it’s going to be the workout that I stick with for a while, and I’m already seeing changes in my body. Here’s to hoping!
UPDATE: MY SIX MONTH RESULTS! Hi there. Did you miss me? I’m back and looking better than ever! Check out my transformation! The results speak for themselves, or at least they would if I could stop raving. I LOVE Jen Ferruggia’s workout guide! I wake up in the morning full of energy now, my mental health has improved, I’m even a more positive person overall. I’ve even noticed some of my cellulite firming up The Bikini Body Workouts is a guide that I was able to follow to the letter, which was exactly what I needed in my life. Combined with the information Jen taught me, it made exercising really easy. It became a matter of discipline, rather than motivation. It she made it a breeze, motivating me from the videos and the eBook itself. I think I mentioned it a few months ago, but I especially love THE BIKINI BODY NUTRITION GUIDE , which I’m using to make healthy foods that are truly delicious. There’s nothing else I can really say that would be new. This was the program for me. Maybe 8 Fit will be the program that works best for the rest of you. The main thing I learned to do was experiment and do your research! I wish you luck, regardless of the program you endup following!

KATY HEARN REVIEW
by Barbara
KATY HEARN FIT REVIEW: MY DISAPPOINTMENT CONSIDERING TRYING THE KATY HEARN FIT PROGRAM, OR ONE OF KATY’S CHALLENGES? Read this review before you spend your money! Hi there! My name is Barbara, and welcome to my Katy Hearn Review. I’m going to be talking about my experience with the FIT program, as well as her challenges. For some background – I’m a single mother of two, who works full time to take care of them. Their father decided to take a more hands off approach to parenting. Or rather, he was hands on – but with a younger, thinner version ofme.
When I first caught him in the act, I was devastated. He proceeded to leave us for this new model, leaving me to pick up the pieces. I was a wreck. I’m ashamed to admit it, but it’s the truth. I was emotional and illogical, and turned to binge-eating and bad habits to deal with my depression over the whole affair. I started gainingweight fast.
In some sort of twisted way, it was my way of fighting back against him. For him measuring me up against this thinner young girl and choosing her. But it was ultimately self destructive. I was just reacting to what he had done, rather than acting for my own benefit. When I realized this, I knew I had to get my life and my health back together. So I turned to Google and began looking for a solid meal plan and workout guide I could follow. After a bit of searching, I came across Katy Hearn. Katy has a huge following and is really popular on Instagram, and constantly posts the transformations that people achieve following her program. So I figured, this was it – this was the guide I was looking for! Unfortunately, I was so excited that I just jumped right in, before doing my research and looking at other reviews. That was my first mistake. UPDATE: I found a much better alternative workout, and I even included pictures of my results with this new program! If you’re interest, keep reading – I put the new information at the bottom of this post. KATY HEARN – FIT AND CHALLENGES If you don’t already know, Katy Hearn has multiple subscription based services on her website. She has an APP, “Fit by Katy”, then her main Katy Fit Brand/Workouts, and then she does seasonalchallenges as well.
At first, I thought Katy’s programs were dirt cheap. The basic plan is $4.99 and includes the workouts and the nutrition guide. The premium plan is $18.99 and includes the training programs, the seasonal guides, and then all that comes with the basic plan. “Finally”, I thought, “A reasonably priced workout guide!” Wrong. It’s all on a monthly subscription. $5 x 12 = $60 to have access to the program for a year. $19 x 12 = $228! to be able to use the program for a year. What happened to one-off purchases? For some people, this might be affordable, but you have to add in the monthly prices of having access to the gym, and then any other accessory equipment you might need, like a yoga mat or yoga ball forexample.
I have a tight wallet. I have to take care of three people. I live week-to-week on a budget, I can’t afford to waste money like this! She also has a Build A Booty program for $50 – but thank goodness I didn’t buy that as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it was subscription based when I purchased the Premium plan. I was in a rush to get my body back. I got a body weight training, cardio, and plyometric plan, a nutrition guide, access to the group (which wasn’t too active if you ask me), the workout generator. Apparently, I’ll eventually get the “weight and goal tracker” but right now it’s in “coming soon” mode. This might sound like you get a lot, but to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. I wanted to be like Katy’s transformations, but after reading through the information it was really boring and sort ofbasic…
Nothing fancy, nothing new. It all could have been found on google to be honest. The nutrition guide was more of the same, and also kind ofexpensive!
MY INCOMPLETE KATY HEARN RESULTS You need to keep in mind all the hidden costs when you look at a subscription-based workout like Katy Hearn offers. You have to fork out extra money for things like a gym membership and gym equipment. Then, with the meal plans, you have to consider how much you end up spending grocery shopping each week, especially if there’s a huge variety of foods between the meals – IE. you need to use a completely different set of ingredients for each meal. The nutrition guide was EXPENSIVE when you actually got to cooking! So, I tried it out. I gave Katy Hearn’s fitness program a week before I quit. That’s right, I QUIT! I tried to go in positive, but it was really boring and not that great if you ask me. But I wasn’t going to give up. I still wanted to try and get back in shape. To get by bikini body back. THE KATY HEARN ALTERNATIVE THAT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER… I was upset with my experience using the Katy Hearn program, so I turned to Google to see if anyone else had the same issues. To my surprise, I found a message board of women who pretty much had similar experiences to me when it came to the program. I was happy other people shared my experience, but also a little upset at myself for not doing my own research before finding the guide. If I had looked up reviews, I wouldn’t have been in this mess in thefirst place.
Still, it ended up working out when one of the ladies recommended another program that she found that was much better, called THE BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS BY JEN FERRUGGIA . There were a few other ladies that chimed in to vouch for the program, so I decided to look into it. After seeing nothing but positive reviews, I figured that maybe this would be the program for me. I went to the page deciding that if it was too expensive, I wouldn’t evenbother.
But I was floored. Jen’s workout was a fraction of the price of KatyHearnFit, costing ONLY $29.99 FOR A ONE TIME PURCHASE! Best of all, it’s a complete workout guide, not something split into two like with KatyHearnFit. You get the workout manual, instructional workout videos, a completely FREE nutrition and diet guide, evenshopping lists!
Plus, Jen offers a booty workout like Katy does, except Jen doesn’t charge $50 for it It’s free with the Bikini Body Workouts. Now – I’m not trying to say Katy Hearn is a scam or anything. I definitely think her program can work for some women. I just think she’s ultimately business-minded, concerned with maximizing her profits. I wanted a program by a woman for women, something designed to be as helpful as possible. Especially for busy women who can’t live in the gym! I’ve been following Jen’s workout for 2 weeks now and I am LOVING it. The workout is really easy to follow and the instructional videos are a ton of help. The meal plan is great too, I’m making delicious meals that I know are healthy for me. Best of all, Jen’s workout can be done from home, although I did pick up some dumbbells to kick it up a notch. But I can feel myself getting healthier, and I’m excited to see where this program leadsme!
UPDATE: MY RESULTS!! It’s been 6 months, here are my results! It’s been a long journey, but funnily enough, it didn’t feel like it. Working out with JEN’S WORKOUT has been a breeze. There was a brief adjustment period but after that – it was smooth sailing! Her videos and guide kept me motivated all the way through, as did the reactions I was getting from people as I was losing weight. I could barely stop smiling whenever I caught glimpses of myself in themirror.
There were also two unexpected benefits to following the program – one, my mental health vastly improved! I became a more positive person, I woke up with energy, and I no longer dealt with brain fogafter noon.
Secondly – my cellulite started disappearing Overall, I think the pictures speak for themselves. I know some of you expected just a review of KatyHearnFit, but ultimately Jen’s Bikini Body Workouts were the program I needed. And I’m not alone! There are tons of women at BIKINIBODYWORKOUTS.COM that have had transformations like me using the Bikini guide. So whatever program works for you, I hope you have success! (_UPDATE: One of my commenters found out you can get the Bikini Body Workouts for even cheaper with the coupon code at HTTP://WWW.WORKINGDISCOUNTCODES.COM/BIKINI-BODY-WORKOUTS-COUPON/Thanks

EMILY SKYE FIT REVIEWby Barbara
EMILY SKYE REVIEW: MY DISAPPOINTMENT CONSIDERING TRYING THE EMILY SKYE FIT WORKOUT PROGRAM? Read this review before you spend your money! Hi everyone, welcome to my blog. My name is Barbara, and I’m a single mother of two. It’s a full time job that I tackle alone since their father has a taken a… “hands-off” approach. In fact, the only thing he puts his hands on is younger, thinner, versions of me.
To make a long story short, I caught him in the act almost a year ago, and we had a very messy break-up. This led to me suffering from depression, and turning to comfort food and binge eating as a way ofcoping.
This went on for months. I quickly packed on a lot of weight, and what’s worse, I no longer felt like I was in control of myself. I was just a victim to my own urges; a person bringing about their ownself-destruction.
Eventually I snapped out of it when I realized that I was going to head down a dark path if I didn’t get my health under control.Enough was enough.
I turned to fitness boards and Instagram, looking for a solid workout and diet plan to help me get my weight under control. Eventually I came across Emily Skye, a fitness model, and noticed her incredibly following. After a few days of seeing her post about her FIT program,I was convinced.
This was it. I was finally going to get back into bikini body shape! I was so excited that I made a crucial mistake. Instead of looking up multiple reviews to see what people were saying, I dived right into the program. I know this may just come across as my fault, but I was so eager to get healthy again. I should have done my research. I purchased and downloaded Emily Skye’s FIT bundle and, while it looked promising at the start, I was quickly disappointed. I decided to give it a chance though. Maybe it wouldn’t be all bad. Maybe once I started getting into it, I would see the results Iwanted…
UPDATE: I found a much better alternative workout, and I even included pictures of my results with this new program! If you’re interest, keep reading – I put the new information at the bottom of this post. EMILY SKYE – FIT AND MEAL PLAN Is Emily Skye’s program worth the money? I don’t think so. Her diet and workout are hard to follow, bloated with text to increase the word count and page count, and generally nothing special. It’s on a monthly subscription, So you’re paying about $15 USD a month. If you want the 3 month, that’s $36.99 USD a month, or the year, which is $88.99 USD a month. First off, those costs add up, especially when you factor in the price of a gym membership and gym equipment. Second off, what happened to one-off programs? I don’t want to keep being charged monthly, especially if I forget one month and get hit by a charge out of nowhere. Not a fan, Emily. There are a lot of cheaper fitness programs out there. Then, lets look at the meal plan. It is far from affordable, in my opinion. I’ll show you an example from her vegan options. In one week you’re going to need Chia Pudding, lentil salad, hummus, protein shakes, Ajvar Relish (what even is this??), tacos, gluten free crackers, protein muffins, bean patties, almonds, pumpkin curry… It goes on! This is a complicated week, and that’s only the start! What happened to keeping it simple? This is so complicated that I wasn’t surprised I wasn’t able to stick with it. It was a complete overhaul of food items I was used to, there was no way any beginner would be able to just jump into this. DO THE EMILY WORKOUTS WORK? Like I said before, the workouts themselves, as well as the APP you get, are decent. But they are nothing new, and definitely overpriced. There are a lot of exercises as well, and like the meal plan, I felt overwhelmed as a beginner. Emily says the workouts can be done from home, but honestly I think you pretty much have to sign up for a gym. Monthly charges for Skye Fit + Monthly charges for a gym = hurtwallet.
Another way I was let down by the workout guide. THE EMILY SKYE ALTERNATIVE THAT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER… I stuck it out with Emily Skye’s program for about a week before I had to throw in the towel. Maybe you think it’s lame that I quit, but honestly, I just found the whole thing tedious and boring. There was no way I was going to be able to stick with it for a full month, let alone a full year. And again, don’t get me started on those monthly charges! Argh! I couldn’t even find a coupon for the Skye Fit program. I went back online to Google fitness boards and see if anyone else could help me. While doing so, I found other reviews from people who said similar things about Skye Fit – that they were disappointed, that it was too expensive, yada yada… I was really kicking myself for not doing my research . I ended up signing up on one of the forums just to vent and that’s when one of the commenters recommended that I give the Jen Ferruggia program a try. She said she had swapped to it and had seen great results. I was curious, so I looked into it, and discovered JEN FERRUGGIA’S PROGRAM – THE BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS.
After having spent so much money on Skye Fit, I was hesitant to buy a new program, but thankfully Jen’s full program was only $29.95. And it’s a one-time purchase, rather than monthly charges! After doing my research and seeing that people were having good results and great transformations, I bought it. And what a difference. For starters, there’s the content of the program. Jen’s bikini body workout guide comes with a workout manual, workout videos (making it easy to follow along), a complete nutrition and diet guide, even shopping lists! One thing she and Emily have in common is that they include transformations on their sites, but something about Jen’s just felt more authentic, less fabricated. Honestly, just go over to WWW.BIKINIBODYWORKOUTS.COM and you’ll see what I mean. I’ve been following the Bikini Body Workouts for 3 weeks now and I am loving it! I’m already seeing great results, and so far I don’t think I’m going to quit. The program is easy to follow and so arethe meals.
Plus, it came with a free booty program, so I’m putting that to gooduse!
I know this Emily Skye review was pretty negative overall, but I would advise anyone on the fence to give Jen’s program a try. Emily seems like a lovely person in general, and I still follow her on Instagram, but her workout guide was a letdown. COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS! Back before I bought the program, I tried to see if I could find any EMILY SKYE COUPON CODES. I’m sorry to say – there weren’t any…EVER. No matter what I searched, I couldn’t get a break.HOWEVER!
If you’re interested in following the Jen Ferrugia Bikini Body Workouts at my recommendation, I’m happy to say one of my blog readers from the comments below managed to find a place where you could get a coupon code. Thanks Kara! The website is available at HTTP://WWW.WORKINGDISCOUNTCODES.COM/BIKINI-BODY-WORKOUTS-COUPON/and
includes a coupon to get 15% off the workout. I paid full price and I’m happy, but with this, you might as well invest in the level 2 program and try it out, since you’re getting it a great deal. That’s just my recommendation though, follow whatever workout brings you the best results (while being enjoyable)! UPDATE: MY RESULTS!!! Hi there! It’s been some time . I came back because I wanted to show you all how much my life has changed in the past 6 months. I’m still using the bikini body workouts after my negative experience with Emily Skye’s workout (though I still follow her on Instagram). I’ve finished the 12 WEEK BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS , but I’m still incorporating itinto my lifestyle.
I’m full of energy. Besides my physical appearance, my mental strength has improved as well. I have a positive outlook once again! So that’s all I have to say!! If you’re on the fence about a workout program, while I suggest Jen Ferruggia’s Bikini Body Workouts, what I learned most of all is that you should do your own due diligence. Pick the program that’s going to work best for you. And to Jen – Thank you. This program changed my life around! Categories Review 14Comments
TAMMY HEMBROW WORKOUT REVIEWby Barbara
TAMMY HEMBROW REVIEW: MY OPINION ON HER WORKOUT PDF CONSIDERING TRYING THE TAMMY HEMBROW METHOD? Read this review before you spend your money! Hi there! My name is Barbara, and I’m going to be going into my experience with the Tammy Hembrow guide. I am a single mother of two, who largely works to support herself due to the father being nearly entirely absent from their life. Long story short, I started to gain a lot of weight after giving birth to my second son — I was more prone to give into my cravings. I got careless. Apparently, my then-husband noticed much of the same, and decided he didn’t want to stick it out as I got unhealthier. If only he had just talked it out with me, instead of running off with a younger, thinner, model, we could have worked together. But instead, I had the misfortune of walking in on them together one night, after coming home early from visiting with my sister. The experience left me shaken, as did the resulting break-up. I turned to cravings even more, I lost almost all sense of self-control. It gotbad.
Thankfully, I began to realize what I was doing to myself long enough to snap out of it. I wanted to regain control of my health and fitness, to stop blaming others, my cravings, my ex. In that moment of clarity I turned to Google to try and figure out what I could do. I needed a great workout plan that I could follow to a T to get backto being healthy.
UPDATE: I found a much better alternative, and included my results since swapping to the new program. If you’re interested, keep reading. It’s included at the bottom of this post. MY TAMMY HEMBROW FITNESS REVIEW I came across the fitness model Tammy while searching on Instagram for inspiration. Immediately, I noticed she had a huge following, so I figured she might be someone to look out for. I also looked at similar instagram models, such as Kayla Itsines. But I kept coming back to Tammy because she was more active, and I noticed she mentioned her own fitness program. It was perfect timing! I needed someone to guide me through the progress, because I didn’t have time to do proper research and whatever I tried to do on my ownalways backfired.
I was tired of the fad diets and fad workouts! Tammy’s guides are expensive. She has three different workout guides – the 8 Week Booty, the At-home Booty, and the Gym Booty (V.2). Each one costs costs $59.99 USD, except for the Gym Booty workout, which costs $67.99! Then the meal plan costs an additional $14.99, so altogether you’re paying $74.98 or more! I know for some people that’s not a lot of money, but I like week-to-week on a tight budget. I can’t afford to waste money. But I also couldn’t afford to stay unhealthy. So I made my first mistake, and I bought the program without doing further research. And overall the eBook guide was… okay. I was hoping it wouldn’t be a simple PDF program, but that’s pretty much all it was. A few images and descriptions of exercises, then I’m off and exercising. It’s also filled with excess stuff just to pad the pages and make it look more useful than it really is. Some of it was repetitive. And there was only 29 pages… I was expecting a lot more for my money. Here’s an example page so you see waht I mean: MY INCOMPLETE TAMMY HEMBROW RESULTS My disappointment didn’t help, I’m sure, but overall I found the guide really hard to follow. It was super boring and definitelyoverpriced.
Not to mention you have to add in secret costs, like getting a new gym membership or buying the equipment so you can follow the workouts athome.
When you’re already getting ripped off by the guide you’re following, you don’t want to get ripped off by gym costs or expensive equipment too. I was so frustrated I took to fitness boards online to see if anyone else could help me out. It turns out, I wasn’t the only one that was disappointed in the Tammy Hembrow booty guide. If only I had looked up other reviews before I bought it… And don’t get me started on the meal plan. Bland and expensive! An impressive, and irritating combination. I’ll be honest with you guys, I barely made it a week before I quit theprogram.
That’s right, I quit! At the end of the day I was just NOT A FAN OF TAMMY HEMBROW’S WORKOUT. But I wasn’t going to give up. And luckily, I had a few programs recommended to me by the other women who had tried Tammy’s guide and also been disappointed. I needed one that was going to be cheap, but also actually helpful. Something I could follow to a T. But I knew it would be hard tofind…
THE TAMMY HEMBROW ALTERNATIVE THAT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER… I was upset with my experience with the Tammy Hembrow guide, but I was shocked at how quickly I was able to find a program that SOUNDEDbetter.
Emphasis on SOUNDED. After the Tammy Guide failed me, I was more than skeptical. Still, the new program was cheap and had a lot of value. It had been created by a busy woman, who had gone on to become a fitness icon. And it had great reviews. The BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS BY JEN FERRUGGIA.
After looking into the program, determined to do my research properly this time, I was surprised because this program has a great following and many positive comments, reviews, and transformations sharedonline.
And it wasn’t too expensive. So I was ready to take the plunge once more with this alternative. Jen Ferrugia’s workout comes with the manual, instructional workout videos, a completely FREE nutrition and diet guide, even shoppinglists!
Best of all, you can get the full program for just $29.99! UPDATE: Thanks to one of my readers, I found out you can get the program for even cheaper at HTTP://WWW.WORKINGDISCOUNTCODES.COM/BIKINI-BODY-WORKOUTS-COUPON/!

It’s plain to see how the Bikini Body Workouts not only gives you more, but is overall a much better deal. Also, Tammy’s workout is an 8-week plan but Jen’s is a 12-week plan. So you get more content and you get more longevity. And if you’re concerned specifically with getting a better booty, Jen includes A 21-DAY BOOTY WORKOUT FOR FREE with her guide, and I have to say it reads a lot better than TammyHembrow’s eBook!
UPDATE: MY RESULTS SO FAR Some of you emailed me, asking me to come back. So here I am with myresults!
It’s been 6 months. My butt is much firmer! I wake up in the morning with energy to spare, I don’t get sleepy in the afternoons, and I’m overall a much more positive person – even my friends have noticed the change in the mood. I mentioned a few months back when I started this journey that I needed something I could follow to a T, and that I was disappointed that Tammy’s guide didn’t keep me motivated. Well Jen is theanswer I needed!
She really motivates you through the videos and the guide to keep going, and while I had some issues the first week, I quickly adjusted and have been able to stick with the program since. I especially love THE BIKINI BODY NUTRITION GUIDE , which I’m using to make healthy foods that are truly delicious. What more can I say? I am in love with the person I have become since starting Jen’s program, and it is by far my favorite thing to recommend to others. I’ll keep you all updated as I stick with the program, but for now, that’s it for me! If you want to see more incredibly transformations and before-and-after results, visit Jen’s website @ WWW.BIKINIBODWORKOUTS.COM . And Jen, if you ever find this blog, THANK YOU! GRACE FIT GUIDE REVIEWby Barbara
GRACE FIT GUIDE REVIEW: MY OPINION ON THE FITNESS GUIDE CONSIDERING TRYING THE GRACE FIT GUIDE? DONT! What I’m about to tell you about the program might shock you! My name is Barbara G. I work full time while doing my best to support my two boys as a single mother. Without going too far into details, let’s just say I had a very messy divorce after catching my then-husband with a younger, thinner woman. The result was me frankly losing control of myself, and drifting into bad diet and lifestyle habits. I packed on pounds, I looked terrible, I felt worse. I started covering up as much as my body as possible. I didn’t even want to look at myself or think about what I was doing. I felt worse everytime I glanced in the mirror :(. Eventually, I realized that I needed to stop blaming and stop harming myself. I needed to regain control of my life and my weight. It wasn’t about trying to prove it to my husband, or even to stop those glances when people who hadn’t seen me in a while clocked my weight gain. It wasn’t for anyone else but for me. I needed to find the best workout I could. Something I could stick with, and really follow to a T for great results. That same day that I realized all this, I went to Google and eventually found the Grace Fit Guide. Considering how popular she is on Twitter, and how good she looks, I figured I had a winner. Maybe I should have known better… _UPDATE: I am now following a different program instead of the Grace Fit Guide, and I’ve seen fantastic results. For more information, visit the bottom of this page. It’s fantastic, and a much cheaperoption._
MY GRACE FIT REVIEW
I was done just crying. It was time to pick up a guide, so I decided to delve into GRACE FIT. But was the Grace Fit Guide worth the money? The program costs $43.00, after all. I didn’t think much about it, I decided to just jump in. That was perhaps my first mistake, not looking at what other women were saying about the guide as well. I figured since she looked good and was popular, that was enough for me. Looking back now, I realize that many of her followers are actually bots, or men who just like looking at a good looking woman. I don’t exactly blame them or her, but that’s a very different audience than I was expecting. I thought it was mostly women, like me, who were looking for a good workout program. After paying over 40 bucks, I wanted to get the works! I wanted something comprehensive, something I could follow to a T that would help me lose weight, but moreover, something I could really stick to. Something that didn’t feel like a chore, and also didn’t feel like just another fad workout. Read more to see why I was ultimately very disappointed with thisprogram…
WHAT IS THE GRACE FIT GUIDE? What it ultimately amounts to is a 15 page PDF EBook guide. It’s meant to be followed for a total of 8 weeks to reach your ideal body. Unfortunately, after I purchased it, I was pretty disappointed. It was very hard to follow. Furthermore, I expected more than just some bland information. I was looking for some true motivation and insights into how to reclaim my body. I wanted to be comfortable in a bikini again! I was disappointed in the lack of quality for how much I had paid. It seemed like random things cobbled together from the internet, something I could have found myself. Also, there was a lack of diet tips for Grace Fit – which I found downright shocking. I know its primarily a workout, but what happened to that phrase “abs are made in the kitchen”. I’m sure flat stomachs are made in the kitchen aswell!
TURNS OUT – If you want a diet included, you have to pay $30 more! What is that?! Does Gordon Ramsay come to my house to cook for me? This was getting more expensive by the moment. MY INCOMPLETE GRACE FIT GUIDE RESULTS I stuck it out for a solid week before I quit Grace Fit. I did my best, but I just found it utterly boring and hard to follow. I don’t want to make it seem like this review is just completely ragging on it, I’m sure for some women it might work fine, but I just personally found it bland and unenjoyable. I am not a fan of Grace Fit. I would even say I GOT RIPPED OFF! Later on, I showed it to one of my friends that spends a LOT of time at the gym. She commented on how bland the guide was, and even laughed at me when I brought up how much I had paid for it. DOES GRACE FIT WORK? Like I said, I’m sure some of you might be able to make it work. Here’s a screenshot of the table of contents. If this sounds like something you want to pay 40 dollars for…I guess go ahead. But I really wouldn’t recommend it. ESPECIALLY since I found a WORKING, CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE. After my disappointing experience, I took to fitness boards online to complain and see if anyone else agreed with me about Grace Fit. To my surprise, not only did other women have the same experience, but a few of them recommended me cheaper alternatives. One of them was the program I now follow, which I credit entirely with me changing my life around. And it’s available at WWW.BIKINIBODYWORKOUTS.COM . THE GRACE FIT ALTERNATIVE – CHEAPER AND BETTER… Grace Fit was a dud, so when I went looking for an alternative, I knew off the bat that I wouldn’t want to spend more than maybe, just maybe, 40 dollars. And if I was spending that much, I BETTER be getting a meal plan included! Luckily, I got all that and more, for a fraction of what I was paying for Grace Fit. And it’s all thanks to the BIKINI BODY WORKOUTS BYJEN FERRUGGIA .
THIS IS JEN’S WEBSITE – WWW.BIKINIBODYWORKOUTS.COM I was SO annoyed that I didn’t find this program sooner. Jen Ferruggia, a fitness model, created this program. In includes a workout manual, workout videos (to follow along), a COMPLETE nutrition guide and diet guide – AND even shopping lists. Furthermore, all this ended up ONLY costs $30.Grace Fit who???
And just to add icing to the cake, Jen’s program runs for 12 weeks, not just 8 weeks.
I pulled the trigger and bought the program. I’ve been on it for a couple of weeks now, and I’m just going to tell you all – it is MUCH more enjoyable than Grace Fit was for me! Everything I was missing – diet help, motivation, comprehensive instruction, it’sall included here.
I have a feeling losing weight is going to be a breeze from here, and I’m already shocked at how much I’m losing on a weekly basis. COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS! Back before I bought the program, I tried to see if I could find any GRACE FIT GUIDE COUPON CODES. I’m sorry to say – there weren’t any…EVER. No matter what I searched, I couldn’t get a break.HOWEVER!
If you want to try the Jen Ferrugia Bikini Body Workouts after my recommendation, one of my readers commented about finding a discountcode. The website
is HTTP://WWW.WORKINGDISCOUNTCODES.COM/BIKINI-BODY-WORKOUTS-COUPON/and
includes a coupon to get 15% off the workout. UPDATE: MY RESULTS SO FAR The results speak for themselves. It’s been 6 months. 24 months. When i first got started, I was SHEDDING pounds, and I thought I’d be stick-thin within a month or two. It turns out, most of that was water weight. Still, I kept a very steady weight loss over time and never let up. The first week was the hardest, but after having tried and failed Grace Fit, it wasn’t THAT hard. I stuck with it, and I had a blast following Jen’s program. And like I said… the results speak forthemselves.
Ultimately, this experience taught me how important it is to find a fitness guide that works for you. For some of you, that may be Grace Fit, and that’s OK! I just found Jen’s program to be much more thorough, better, and cheaper. Whatever program you up using, I hope you have success in your weight loss journeys! And Jen Ferruggia , if you ever happen to find this blog… THANK YOU SO MUCH. Your workout changed my life! Categories Review Tags Grace Fit Guide , GraceFit GUide Review

LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH REVIEWby Barbara
LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH REVIEW: MY OPINION ON THE WEIGHT LOSS GUIDE CONSIDERING TRYING THE LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH PROGRAM? Read this review before you spend your money! Hey ladies! My name is Barbara G. I’m a single mother of two, which is a full time job. Without getting too deep into details, my ex-husband decided to run out on me with a much younger, thinner model, at a period where I was starting to gain weight. Things got difficult from there, and I began to struggle with my physical appearance. After a few months and a messy divorce, I was in a worse place mentally than I had ever been before, and it manifested itself in binge eating and unhealthy lifestyle habits. I was going down a dark path of self-destruction and it wasn’t until I realized it that I knew I had to shape up. If not for me, then at least for my two boys. Being depressed and unmotivated? Unhealthy and lazy? What kind of role model is that for them to look up to? I decided to pull together and began seeking out various programs I could try and use to lose weight. I didn’t want to just hop onto another fad diet, I wanted to really turn my life around, to begin something that I would be able to stick with. I turned to Google and after searching weight loss boards, I eventually came across the LeanBelly Breakthrough.
My main thoughts while I was looking into the program were if it would be something that a busy mother could do. I didn’t have too much time to dedicate to living at the gym, and I needed something that wasn’t too hard so I would actually be able to stick with it. So the question is, did the Lean Belly Breakthrough end up being thatprogram?
MY LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH REVIEW First off, I was surprised at the number of reviews on the Lean Belly Breakthrough that I found… at first. But as I started looking through them, it became clear that almost everyone talking about the program was just an affiliate. They weren’t interested in giving real pros and cons for it, they just wanted to sell the guide. That was automatically a mark against the program. I wanted real positive or real negative reviews. The more fake reviews there were, the more the product itself started to look like a scam to me. That said, there were a few people who did actually give honest reviews, even if some of them were actually affiliates. I also reached out to people on forums like bodybuilding.com to see what they thought about the program, and a few people responded positively! That was encouraging, since I knew these people had no reason to lie to me. That said, I was unfortunately unable to find answers to more specific questions that I had about the program before my purchase. I, personally, do not like spending my money unless I have a good idea about what I’m spending my money on. How could I tell Lean Belly apart from all the other fad diets and workouts out there? I turned to looking into the creator of the Lean Belly Breakthrough program, Bruce Krahn. I definitely wasn’t expecting someone so ripped. AND he has two sons! We’re peas in a pod! (Minus the abs, chest, Five o’clockshadow…)
It turns out that Bruce is a kind of famous. He’s a popular celebrity nutritionist and trainer, and has 15 years of working experience in the fitness industry. Some of his clients consist of Trish Stratus, Tom Cochrane, Nelly Furtado, and Criss Angel. This also isn’t the first ebook he’s written, he also wrote the “Fat Fighter Diet” book, which is available on Amazon, but frankly never took off in popularity like the Lean Belly eBook did. So, while Bruce Krahn definitely checks out, there’s no guarantee that his eBook would be good. Some personal trainers are best when they are just that… PERSONAL trainers. In person. But the only way to find out for sure would be the buy the eBook. Here are questions I would have liked answered BEFORE I bought the ebook. I included answers I found after reading it myself. WHAT IS THE STYLE OF TRAINING IN THE LEAN BELLY PROGRAM? ANSWER: It’s mostly a diet/nutrition focused program, although there are a few bonus exercise methods included. If you want to fix HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO THE GUIDE? ANSWER: None! This guide was made so that men and women over the age of fifty could follow it, so Bruce kept things simple and easy for them. IF I HAVE BLOOD SUGAR PROBLEMS, WILL I BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE PROGRAM? ANSWER: Yes! In fact, Bruce even included a list of desserts that people with blood sugar problems can still indulge in. Overall it was very thoughtful. I BOUGHT THE LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH. HERE’S MY OPINION: After reading through various reviews and looking into the author’s background myself, I decided to BUY THE LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH AT THE CHEAPEST PRICE I COULD FIND . There are two different programs for men and women, but they cost the same. I went with the women’s program – obviously! Since this is a digital product, it was available immediately after purchase, which is a plus for me. I know some people prefer physical copies, but I don’t think there was one for this guide. Overall, the book itself is very easy to understood and implement. The core of the concept is based on a 2 minute ritual that Bruce Kahn’s father-in-law learned after having a heart attack on a plane. The ritual was able to help his father lose 30 pounds in a single month – although I’m sure having a major heart issue while thousands of feet in the air provided him with a LOT of motivation. So far, so good. I got a good sense of how exactly Kahn would have been motivated to create this book – to make sure that men and women who are prone to health issues are never in the same situation his father was. But, that’s just one piece of the puzzle. Does the Lean Belly Breakthrough actually work? WHAT’S IN THE LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH? Here’s a full list of everything I got once I purchased BruceKrahn’s eBook.
* A list of “good foods” to eat that help your body metabolize fat and trigger hormones responsible for regulating fat storage, as well as a overall nutritional guide to improve my diet. Then, of course, a list of unhealthy food to avoid. * A guide to desserts that people with blood sugar issues can still indulge in. Loved this. * Warning signs of an oncoming heart attack. * Dr. Heinrick’s 2 minute method to decrease fat around the body. * A guide on how to best utilize your “sleeping” metabolism to facilitate weight loss – while you’re sleeping. * The Belly-shred workout program and video, meant to be performedjust once a day.
You can see a full list of other included benefits on THE LEAN BELLY BREAKTHROUGH WEBSITE HERE . SHOULD YOU BUY THE LEAN BELLY PROGRAM? Overall, I REALLY liked the program! I was impressed by how easy it was to understand and even easier to follow, and even though I don’t have a ton of time to dedicate to working out, it was very easy for me to keep up with the workout and changes. One thing I noticed that Krahn didn’t really touch on was that I felt better mentally after implementing the diet changes, not just physically. My mood was better and my mind was sharper, and the people around me commented on it! I was no longer in the same funk I had beendwelling in.
I would absolute recommend that people try out the program. That said, I did have a few complaints. THINGS I DIDN’T LIKE ABOUT LEAN BELLY First of all, it’s entirely a digital program. For me, this works fine, but I know not everyone is a fan of eBooks/PDFs. I’m disappointed that there wasn’t a physical option offered in any capacity, although I kind of understand. These are changing times. Then, I think you really need to actually utilize the diet changes to see the best results. This is more of a diet than a workout, so don’t just depend on the exercise portion to lose weight! You need to do both, and you need to stick with it. If it helps, imagine how helpless Krahn’s father felt when he had a heart attack in a plane. You don’t ever want to be in that situation. It may be a little dark, but things like that help keep me motivated, and may work foryou as well.
Those are my two main complaints. Overall, I definitely think this is a great program. If you’re STILL on the fence, I advise you to just check out his website at WWW.LEANBELLYBREAKTHROUGH.COM and see if you like his generalstyle.
CONCLUDING MY LEAN BELLY REVIEW Overall, I think this is a great program, and I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. I wanted to lose weight, but more than that, I wanted to change my whole lifestyle around. With the diet, the exercise, and the mental and physical benefits of the breakthrough program, I can say with confidence that I got exactly what I waslooking for.
My weight is dropping, I’m excited to step on the scale on a weekly basis. I’ve grown calmer. I wake up full of energy. I no longer get brain fog after the middle of the day. I’m LOVING this. If you’re ready to give it a shot, CHECK OUT THEPROGRAM !
UPDATE – MY BEFORE AND AFTER RESULTS!! I’m back! It’s been a few months, but I wanted to give an update on how my transformation with the Lean Belly Breakthrough program hasbeen.
After 6 months on Lean Belly, I’m down a total of 50 pounds. I’ve started adding more things to my daily routine, as it turns out I kind of love exercising, but I’m just so happy to have regained mybody.
I don’t think I stalled at all on the journey – the weight just kept coming off. I know not EVERYONE can have this sort of success, but I can say with confidence the Lean Belly Breakthrough lead me here, and it MIGHT do the same for you. Just give it a chance, see if you can fall in love with the program like I did. That’s all! Hopefully this post was useful for you, and if you want to try the program, head on over to WWW.LEANBELLYBREAKTHROUGH.COM . And Bruce – If you ever happen to find this review, THANK YOU. Your program changed my life around. HAVE A QUESTION? Leave a comment below and I will get back to youASAP.

FLAT BELLY FIX REVIEWby Barbara
FLAT BELLY FIX REVIEW: MY OPINION ON THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM CONSIDERING TRYING THE FLAT BELLY FIX BY TODD LAMB? Read this review before you spend your money! Hey there! My name is Barbara G. I’m currently a single mother, working to raise my two daughters on my own. Taking care of them is a full time job, but I’m making it work. and I’m a single mother of two kids. To make a long story short, I’m single after catching my husband in the act of cheating with a younger, thinner woman. What resulted was a slow, toxic breakup which left me half the person I used to be. Without getting too explicit, by the end of it all I was a mess. I was depressed, I was binge eating, and I was engaging in other disruptive habits. I eventually realized that if I didn’t pull myself out of the downward spiral, I was going to let down everyone who depended onme.
I wanted to reclaim my health for good. I decided to turn to Google and look for fitness programs with good reviews, which is what lead me to the Flat Belly Fix. I was determined to get off my butt and do something before it got any harder to get back to where I used to be. MY FLAT BELLY FIX REVIEW First off, I was caught off guard by the number of detailed reviews I found on the Flat Belly Fix. To me, this showed that the program had some popularity, which made me a little more warm towards the prospectof trying it out.
However, that said, I did notice that quite a few reviews were just cleverly disguised advertisements trying to sell you on the program. If you’re browsing around, make sure you watch out for similar tricks. It gets really annoying trying to see who’s being objective! Because of the fake reviewers, I did have a little difficulty answering a few questions before I bought the program. I didn’t want to spend money without knowing what I was getting into, because I wason a budget.
However, because I was also a little desperate to try and start losing weight, I was considering buying the program regardless. There was just one thing I HAD to look into first… The creator of Flat Belly Fix, TODD LAMB. I would have preferred using a program created by a woman, but I was open to seeing what Todd has to say as long as his background information checked out. As it turns out, Todd Lamb background isactually intense.
He was a veteran police officer for 17 years, as well as SWAT TeamLeader.
He’s also created another program, more aimed at men, called the Specforce Alpha. So he has some experience creating pdf guides for people to follow to lose weight. So while this information did make me think Todd would know his stuff, it also made me a little apprehensive. It sounded like this might be a program that would be too hard for a beginner to get into. Keeping this in mind, I bought the program to give it an honest try. I heaed over to the website at WWW.FLATBELLYFIX.COM and purchased the program + Kindleversion.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE FLAT BELLY FIX? Todd explains everything that’s included on HIS WEBSITE HERE.
But I’ll go ahead and explain everything I got after buying it… Just a heads up, this is a digital product. Nothing gets mailed to your address – instead you get an automatic email. There’s also an audiobook you can purchase for $3 (more on that later) * THE 21 DAY SYSTEM – The 21 Day System is the “main” portion of the Flat Belly Program. It’s a pretty easy to understand and comprehensive guide to belly fat, and he includes a chapter that breaks down the differences between men and women. This made a big impact on me, and made his information that much more credible in myopinion.
* THE 7-MINUTE FLAT BELLY PROTOCOL – This portion of the program is where most of the exercises were. Combining the information from the 21-day system, you use this section and the guides to execute the exercises. I was worried about the program being complicated due to Lamb’s background, but this section made the program easy enough tofollow.
* SMOOTHIE RECIPE GUIDE – This is where the treats were! Delicious and nutritious recipes for post-workout snacks, ranging from chocolate and avocado to banana nut and more. You can pay three dollars more and get a Kindle version and an Audiobook version of the guide. I wouldn’t say this guide shocked me with the amount of information – it all seemed to be decently standard for the price. That said, it was surprisingly simple and beginner friendly. My initial reaction after giving everything a read over was that I had not wasted my money. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS PROGRAM & TODD LAMB Every part of the program was very informative and easy to follow. I don’t think beginners have anything to be intimidated by with this program, which was a big deal for me. I like how even though Lamb is a guy and most of his programs were for guys building muscle, he knew to take a different approach in trying to reach out to women. I can tell he took some consulting from other women while compiling the guide. Besides this, I like the fact that he takes the time to inform you about WHY he recommends what he does. I like guides that I can follow to a T and get results, but with Lamb he’s additionally arming you with the knowledge to be able to make your own decisions. I can tell I’ll be able to experiment with different workouts and diets thanks to what I’ve learned from Todd, and that’s mainly because his information is well researched while also being easily digestible. I’m not exactly a nutritional expert, and it was easy enough to comprehend. As far as the actual workouts go, even as a beginner I didn’t have much issue. They’re fairly straightforward and Todd shows you how to do them with good form to avoid injury. Bonus points there. I mostly do the exercises in the gym, and follow along with the PDF loaded on my iPhone. A COUPLE OF THINGS I DON’T LIKE ABOUT FLAT BELLY FIX Don’t get me wrong, overall I say this program is worth the money. However, there are a few things that stand out as cons. * I like reading on paper sometimes, I don’t like being one of those people that’s glued to their screens. However, since it’s only in a PDF form, I am, in fact, one of those people. I had to cave and print out pages from the guide to follow along with. * I would have liked if there were some other consideration for post-workout treats, rather than just smoothies. I get that there’s some popular overlap, but come on. * The last con I can see is that many women will be apprehensive to follow the guide because it’s created by a man. I would advise them to give it a shot anyway, but some people would rather have someone who “gets them” guide them. MY FLAT BELLY FIX RESULTS SO FAR (UPDATED – 6 MONTHS PROGRESS)… In just 3 weeks of sticking with this program, I started to notice the results. EDIT: I’ve updated with my progress after _6 months_! Not just results, but truly amazing progress. I lost a total of 53 pounds. Some people don’t even recognize me anymore. I’m eating healthier, I’m more active overall, and I feelabsolutely amazing.
No more brain fog. I wake up and I’m full of energy. I’ve even severely cut down on my use of coffee. It’s hard to believe how much I’ve progressed when I look back. Some of these effects I noticed a few weeks into the program, which is how it was so easy for me to stick with it over time. Now I’m half a year into it and there’s no end in sight. I honestly feel like a new person, and I have to say I owe it mostly to the Flat Belly Fix. On a weaker note – I have to admit I do miss my ex-husband a bit. But I’ll never go back to being cheated on. DO I RECOMMEND THE FLAT BELLY FIX? Did a little fake “photoshoot” on the right…but I feel good about my body so WHY NOT I strongly recommend this program if you’re looking to get back intoshape.
And if you’re just in a rough space in life, like I was, this might be able to help you as well! I’ve started to look at working out as a meditative/therapeutic sort of exercise, and it’s done wonders forme so far.
If I can do it, trust me, any of you reading this blog can!! I had never been to a gym before this. Plus, the price on this fix is pretty affordable and comparable with other programs, that don’t give you half as much information and charge double the price. I will try and keep this page updated with my results as I continue following the program, but in the meantime, please go to the comments below and ask any questions you want. If you do happen to buy the FLAT BELLY FIX and stick with it, please come back and post your progress. I’d love to hear about your progress using the guide! Bookmark this page and share your experiences or your own Flat Belly Fix review. And Todd, if you ever read this review – Thank you SOOOO MUCH! Your program literally saved my life. YOGA BURN REVIEW
by Barbara
YOGA BURN REVIEW: MY OPINION ON THE YOGA WORKOUTS CONSIDERING TRYING THE YOGA BURN WORKOUT BY ZOE BRAY COTTON? Read this review before you spend your money! Hey there! My name is Barbara G and I’m a single mother of two kids. Parenting is a full time job, but it’s something I have totackle alone.
To make a long story short, my then-husband and I had a lot of trouble in our relationship, and things only got worse when he decided to cheat on me with a younger, thinner model. I caught him in the act, and a few months and a messy divorce later, here we are. Without going into too many details, the whole affair left in me a depressed state. I was binge eating and engaging in unhealthy habits, and eventually came to a realization that if I didn’t get my life back together, there was a very real possibility that I would cause my own premature death. It’s a dark thought for sure, and telling this story isn’t exactly easy, but it accurately gets across the sort of mental state I was in at the time. Depressed, unmotivated, fits of rage and crying. But I decided that enough was enough. I needed to pull it together, if not for me, then at least for my beautiful kids – who needed a strong mother to be there for them. I started to search on Google for ways to get fitter as well as to address my declining mental health, which lead me to Yoga. But I was also strapped for time, and a little strapped for class – going to set classes at a local gym on a daily basis would not be a viable option. It wasn’t long until I heard someone mention the Yoga Burn Program, and I figured I would share my experiences here.MY YOGA BURN REVIEW
I was surprised by the number of comprehensive reviews on the Yoga Burn program I found. A lot of customers have shared their reviews on various websites, or through the main yoga burn website itself. However, there were also a few review sites that gave a minimum amount of information, and were clearly just made to try and sell the program, which was annoying! It was a bit hard to find answers to questions I had as well, which was frustrating. I don’t like to spend my money unless I know what I’m getting, and I’m especially dubious when it comes to anything fitness related. Too many things are fads, or proven wrong later, or are just the creators trying to get quick bucks. I looked into who the creator, Zoe Bray Cotton, really was. She’s a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and a “female body transformation expert”. The last one sounds like she was puffing herself up a bit, but it was clear as I looked into her background that she did have a decent amount of credibility. She has experience teaching yoga as well as working with clients at her gym, so it makes sense that she might, over time, create a program that combines both aspects of this into a yoga program for physical health and mental health. “Her Yoga Secrets’ she calls it. STILL, AS I WAS LOOKING AROUND, I FOUND IT HARD TO FIND ANSWERS TO SIMPLE QUESTIONS LIKE: WHAT IS THE STYLE OF TRAINING IN THE YOGA BURN PROGRAM? (Flow based! It starts with building a very solid foundation between mind and body with simple exercises, before progressing to more and more advancedmovements.)
HOW MUCH YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO FOLLOW ALONG? (None! The Yoga Burn is perfect for beginners, actually. Specifically women, in case any guys have made their way to my website) IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE, WILL I BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE PROGRAM? (Yes, although Zoe recommends being careful with stretching before hand and easing your way into the core exercises. You’ll grow more flexibleas you continue)
It took me a while to dig up these answers. I will try and answer more questions you may have below, so keep reading… I BOUGHT THE YOGA BURN DVDS. HERE’S MY OPINION: After reading a few of the various reviews and making sure I had enough time in my schedule for it (Yoga Burn is 45 minute workouts total, about once a week – very flexible for busy moms and women) I decided to buy it at the cheapest price I could find.
Because it’s a Digital AND Physical download with each purchase, I was able to immediately access the DVDs after purchase. I must say, it was very easy to follow along, even as someone who had never done yoga before. Zoe made it easy to both access, download, and follow along with her DVD set. There are three phases to the Yoga Burn System – Foundational, Transitional, and Mastery. If you’re a beginner, like me, you start at Foundational and work your way up, with the movements getting more difficult along the way. Each phase has 3 videos plus bonuses, and they are about 15 minutes in length and repeated three times. In total, each workout should be 45 MINUTES LONG, and is meant to be completed once a week. So far, so good. That allows me to have a flexible schedule and still get decent results, in theory… But I need more than theory. Does Yoga Burn actually work? WHAT’S IN THE YOGA BURN PROGRAM? Here’s a full list of everything I got once I purchased Zoe’s YogaProgram.
1. FIRST PHASE (FOUNDATIONAL FLOW) – This first phase is designed for beginners to both yoga in general, as well as those that are just now starting Zoe’s particular style of Yoga. Very easy to follow, and focused on general a strong link between the mind and the body. This was important, because mindlessly moving your body is not the same as consciously doing it! 2. SECOND PHASE (TRANSITIONAL FLOW) – This is the second phase and, in my opinion, was the most fun phase. Here you combine phases from the first phase into more continuous motion, achieving the “flow” that Zoe first talks about. Besides this, its nice to get a real feel for your own progression. 3. THIRD PHASE (MASTERY FLOW) – I’m working my way up to being here, but I’m not quite there yet. This phase is meant to add more advanced poses and, of course, expand on what was established in the previous phases. Zoe also says this phase will increase your metabolism and promote the most rapid weight loss, so I can’t waitto reach it.
4. FOLLOW-ALONG AUDIO CLASSES (BONUS) – This enables you to listen to Zoe on the go or on your iPhone/iPad/mobile device while you exercise. VERY helpful if you’re someone who likes to be instructed throughout the movements. I started off using this but moved away as I got more comfortable. 5. FOURTH PHASE (TRANQUILITY FLOW – BONUS) – This is a bonus flow, meant to… surprise! Establish tranquility and promote mental andemotional health.
You can see a full list of what’s included, as well as grabbing the bonuses, on the Yoga Burn Website here.
SHOULD I BUY THE YOGA BURN WORKOUT? Overall, once I actually got started doing the Yoga Burn, I was really impressed with how easy it was to follow and even to perform. But, ultimately, I got what I paid for. It was a Yoga-based workout. If you’re looking for some amazing, hidden technique that will make the weight melt off of you, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking specifically for a program that will help you lose weight, improve mental health, and even help you manage your emotional states – and you want to do it THROUGH YOGA, this is a very strong program. And my results speak for themselves. THINGS I DIDN’T LIKE ABOUT THE YOGA BURN While Yoga Burn is meant to be friendly for beginners, I PERSONALLY found I had to make a few modifications early on to be able to perform the exercises. I think many people are inflexible and completely new to Yoga will end up having to do what I had to do, and buy some yogablocks
.
I can see having to spend another 15 bucks for beginner equipment being a downside for people, as well as having to buy a yoga mat if you don’t already have one. That said, I was able to move away from the blocks after a few sessions. Also, there’s a little confusion some people have. This is not 12 different workout videos at 45 minutes each – it’s 9 videos that are 14 minutes each. Some people in other reviews felt this was misleading, but the people that decided to give the materials a chance said they were surprised and think the videos were worth the money. Still, there’s a bit of misinformation that can lead to people being disappointed if they think they’re going to receive something theyaren’t.
That’s about it as far as negatives go. Otherwise, I would definitely say that Zoe Bray Cotton’s Yoga Workout is worth the money and worth a chance. If you’re STILL on the fence, I advise you to just check out her website @ www.YogaBurn.com and see if you like her general style. CONCLUDING MY YOGA BURN REVIEW Overall, my thoughts on Zoe Bray Cotton and her Her Yoga Secrets AKA Yoga Burn program are pretty positive – I got what I paid for and more, and don’t regret the purchase at all. I was looking for something that not only would be a good workout, but would help me improve my mental state, and I definitely got that. I was actually surprised – I noticed the mental effects first. I was more in control of my mental state, was generally calmer, and I noticed I had a bit of a “self-fulfilling” confidence about things. Like I felt like my positivity would starting to spread. Based on that alone, I considered Yoga Burn worth it, and was going to stick with it. Then I stepped on the scale two weeks later and wassurprised.
I was actually dropping some weight. At that point, I was sold. Even if it wasn’t the “ultimate weight loss solution” I decided to add the program to my routine. Mental and emotional health is no joke, and I feel like the zen that I was able to start achieving really spilled out to other aspects of my life. The weight loss was just a nice bonus. If you’re on the fence about it, I highly recommend you just give it an honest shot. My only real regret is that I didn’t find it sooner. UPDATE – MY BEFORE AND AFTER RESULTS!! I’m back! I wanted to give an update on how my transformation following the Yoga Burn program has been. I’ve been following the Yoga Burn program and I’m down 50 POUNDS. I started adding more things – such as fixing up my diet and doing light weights about 2-3x a week, and I feel like I’m a new person entirely. The best part about it is that I’ve had steady success the entire time thanks to Zoe’s Yoga program. I never stalled with weight loss. I never had issues sticking with it. If I felt like wavering, I could just glance in the mirror and think “Yeah, it’s worth it.” I know not everyone will have my sort of success, but I want to remind you that I started this journey being skeptical of the program entirely. It’s only because I took the plunge that I was able to get where I am today. I highly recommend that if you’re still on the fence, you just give it a try! Hopefully this will be the sort of workout that you can stick with, and you can achieve whatever goal you’re going for, as I did :). That’s all folks! Yoga Burn is now apart of my life, and I recommend to my friends all the time. Hopefully this post was useful for you. And Zoe – If you ever happen to find this review, THANK YOU. You changed my life around. HAVE A QUESTION? Leave a comment below and I will get back to youASAP.
