CSCS - CHANGE OF CARD FOR LIFT AND ESCALATOR TESTERS CSCS – change of card for Lift and Escalator Testers. Following a review of card schemes, LEIA has consulted with CSCS to change the allocation of the Testers Card to a group that is appropriate for the role Testing individual’s conduct on construction sites. From 1st September 2020 – Lift and Escalator Tester occupation will move from LEIA CONTRACT GUARANTEE SCHEME 4 THE ECIC SCHEME GUARANTEE, PART ONE – PRIOR TO PRACTICAL COMPLETION OF THE MAIN CONTRACT (SEE APPENDIX B) In reading the following it is necessary to refer to the Definitions covered later.
