HONEY GINGER SALMON
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place salmon skin-side down. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, ginger, lemon. Brush over 4 salmon filets. Brush both sides. Place salmon skin side down and pour remaining marinade over salmon. Preheat oven to *450. Let salmon rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Then place in oven. SAUSAGE AND GREEN BEAN SKILLET Preheat pan on med heat. Add oil and let heat until it shimmers. Add potatoes and toss until fully coated. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sausage, spices, and broth. Stir completely and lower heat to med-low simmer. Cook 10 minutes. AddSAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

Pack the meat mixture into each pepper. Pour the remaining tomatoes and juice into the bottom of the crock pot. Place the peppers in the pot. Cook low for 6 hours.HONEY GINGER SALMON

Let this cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are crisp-tender and still vibrant in color. Add a few tablespoons of water to deglaze thepan

Add chopped vegetables to bowl and stir. Spread evenly in bottom of pan. In a separate bowl, mix eggs completely. Add salt and pepper. Pour eggs evenly over sausage and vegetable mixture.GREEN CHILI CHICKEN

Macadamia nuts -I keep these on hand at school. CHICKEN AND CHARD STIR FRY Add 1 Tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper chicken thighs and place in pan. Let chicken sear on one side 5-8 minutes. Turn chicken and cook 8 more minutes. While chicken is cooking, heat another pan and add 1 Tablespoon of butter. Add finely sliced carrots and minced garlic and cook 5 minutes. While carrots are cooking, prepare the chard. KETO MASHED CAULIFLOWER WITH CHEESE Place cauliflower in a micro-wave safe bowl and cook for 6 minutes. Remove, stir, and add cream and 1 tbsp butter. Cook 4 more minutes. Remove cauliflower and add shredded cheese and garlic. Add salt and pepper, if needed. Pour entire mixture in a blender and blend the cooked cauliflower to desired consistency. Lunch and Dinner Ideas. HOT TODDY FOR COUGH RECIPE Instructions. Heat water to almost boiling. (see info in blog post) In a glass mug, add honey, lemon juice, and whiskey. Pour in hot water. Stir. Add soft peppermint candy, if desired. Stir to melt or let it melt naturally. Serve immediately. GRANDMA’S HOMEMADE COUGH SYRUP Instructions. Melt 1/4 a peppermint stick in 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of lemon juice (or juice of 1 lemon). Add a half of cup of Southern Comfort and 1.5 cups of raw honey to pot and reduce heat. Stir to combine. Put 1/4 of a peppermint stick in jar. GLUTEN FREE CROCK POT POTATO SOUP Instructions. Add potatoes, celery, garlic, onions, broth, nutmeg, salt and pepper to crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Decide if you want a completely smooth soup or a thicker, chunkier consistency. I like to have bites of potatoes, so I removed 4 cups of drained cooked potatoes. Set aside. WHOLE 30 BURRITO BOWL Instructions. Saute’ broccoli slaw, onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic in 1 Tablespoon of avocado oil for 5-8 minutes. Set aside when crisp tender. Brown beef.
